**I have United Healthcare insurance which is not listed above** The first thing I have a problem with is my allergist put me on Claritin D 24 hours. I live here in the state of Mississippi and I am required to have a prescription for claritin D which means I must pay to go to a doctor to get this prescription and my insurance will not pay for it or even a part of it. The second thing that I am having a problem with is for some reason I have to have a health coach call me from carewise once a month and if I am not able to take the call or I miss the call I don't get a discount on my insurance. The problem is that not everyone is required to have a carewise coach call them. What if I had a second job and I was not able to take the call? I would be punished and made to pay $106.62 every two weeks for my insurance instead of the discounted price of $59.54. This happens every single year. This January my insurnace was $59.54 by March 16th, 2012 they started charging me $106.62 because they said the health coach wasn't able to get intouch with me.   • General - I feel abused by this company
I had been a client of Travelers Insurance for 15 years. Almost 2 years ago I was given an infraction which increased my premium. Last year Travelers increased it and even though I could have gotten insurance cheaper somewhere else I stuck to them. My insurance renews every year in May. Well I call yesterday regarding possibly lowering my premium and I was shocked to be told that they had dropped me back in May. They said they sent me a letter notifying me which is funny that they send it to an address different than my mailing address. They have my number and they could have at least given me a courtesy call. Now I am stuck paying and extra $500 a year because now I am an uninsured motorized since it has been more than a month. Is this even legal? Insurance companies need to be held accountable for doing this to people. Travelers is aweful and have no consideration for their customers.... Read More

I was sold this policy by the dealership where I bought my used 2005 Dodge Durango. when I ran into a sputtering problem I took my durango into the nearest dodge dealship for repair. they ttok down my inurance infromation and contacted the dealership where I bought it. when the servive department called protective for authorization he was told the policy was voided. When I called they told me there was a problem and it should have been taken care of months ago on my contract. I was told by contracts it was fixed and to have the dealership call them in an hour. When the dealership called they had all went home for the day. I spent the next day for 2 hours calling 1-800 numbers trying to get ahold of someone to find out what was going on. spending no more than 2 minutes talking to someone and spending a lot of time on hold. I even was put through right away to someones voice mail who was on vacation. finally I was able to locate a customer server supervisor 30 minutes befroe they close. she contact the gal listed in the computer who told me they would have it fixed the day before. I have had liberty mutual house for 5 months in st. louis mo and I paid my insurance for one year. On 4-28-12 a hail storm came thru maryland heights mo and damage my house. I filed a claim on the damages with liberty mutual. However Liberty mutual refuses to replace my siding on my whole house. In my subdivision all the homes are getting new siding on the whole house and rewrapped .I have damage all around my house. Liberty mutual itel report finding can't find the siding I need to be the same. Liberty wants to place a siding thats not the same on my $350,000 house. This is crazy. When I sale my home no one is going to want it. I have talked to Charlene Hoskins, Kelly Day, Valerie Brown, Jim Allen,Bob Stubiens all who work for Liberty mutual. The people in the centralized Catastrophe Unit wouldnt want there house half done or patched up.This is bad claim handling. Everytime I call no one can give me an answer.I want my house back like it was. Everything should be the same like before the storm. A nationwide customer hit my car on July 5 in the bank parking lot. I contact the person insurance company, nationwide, and my insurance company to report the incident. As of today, July 10, no action has taken place against my cas. Today is July 10, 2012. I am catching rides back and for to work. Dishwasher waster water hose fissured/cracked and leaked. Noticed hardwood floors starting to buckle. Called State Farm agent to see if I should file claim. She said no if actual damage is less than deductible. Called plumber to determine source of water. Couldn't get to dishwasher because of swollen hardwood. He called Utah Disaster to remove swollen wood in front of dishwasher. Discovered source of water and found water encroached to most of hardwood flood, into cabinets, wall and island. Called agent. She said to go ahead with mitigation. Removed much of floor, cabinets, damaged wall. Adjuster came out and denied claim saying it was a slow leak plus didn't cover mold damage. Tiny bit of mold behind dishwasher -- only a few days old. Adjuster said Utah Disaster was not reputable and demolished most of kitchen to get repair work. He also felt I was in cahoots with them in order to get a "new" kitchen. I had never before spoken with them nor met them -- didn't even know who they were -- what an insult. Now, I'm forced to sue State Farm to have my demolished kitchen rebuilt. Adjuster said I would lose because of broad language in policy relating to water damage. Since June 25, 2012, I could not get though to this company because of so called phone problems. I cannot get though to my claim adjuster to find out why I have not been paid since my on the job accident. I wrote to her to call me, nothing, when the switchboard went manual July 3rd(from automation system) they don't take messages, when transferring me to the extension no answer because that part of the phone system is not working yet but they transfer you anyway. I was in Puerto Rico for two weeks, leaving my 21 year old son in charge of my house and animals. When I returned the house was destroyed. Animal feces where all over the walls,floor, and carpet. We have had Nationwide for about eight years now, only with one other claim. Typically, Insurance companies want to keep their customers happy. Unfortunately this is not the case with Nationwide. They denied all of the claim. I am disabled and have mobility issues. I have not been able to clean up the carpet. It has been chewed by one of the dogs. The carpet is destroyed. I feel that this is an unfair denial of this claim. I am not very fond of Nationwide and if this does not change, we will change companies.... Read More

I have redrock insurance/lonestar /maverick needless to say i dont know who im paying. I have been with them 3 yrs. and in that time have only received 6 bills i would have to go to the office to pay my bill and as always i would complain about no bill all they would do was check my address whichhasnt changed. I also recently found out every 6 months i was suppose to get a declaration page never got one of those. A week ago i lent my truck to my boyfriend and he got tboned on the side of the bed my insurance called and said they wont pay because i cant loan my vehicle out was never informed of that. Yesterday i received in the mail a claim form so they can get that to me but nothing else. These people are a joke they took advantage of me because my late hysband always took care of these things so i had no idea what they should have been providing for me and now i could be in serious financial trouble because i gave permission for someone to drive my truck....
