Insurance Complaint against: Allstate

I've been with Allstate since 1993 and never had any problems when my agent Wifred collins handled everything. Since 2006, I've had issue after issue in resolving 2 things. First, I must say, we had full auto insurance coverage and both cars were paid for. The first issue involved someone stealing my car from Douglas County GA, Douglassvile. Police report sent to Allstate(Dione at 255 village Place 430, Marietta, ga 30067) and the Tags were cancelled immediately in Cobb County. I never heard back from the police or the insurance in regards to my Nissan Sentra 1994. The other issue involved a 1996 Saab, A person ran into off a hill, yet the police gave me the ticket. The driver of the other vehicle falsified his information (contact and insurance) and we were unable to contact him. This incident occurred in Cobb County in 2007. Two weeks ago, another insurance agent contacted my sister stating she needed to sign off on paperwork in regardds to the 2007 accident, and stated they had to pay doctors bills for the other driver- who falsified his polcie report and the address was incorrect. My experience, with Allstate, after being a customer since 1986, and never had a claim until 2009...We had a burst of water, that damaged the floor in one of our restrooms, and when it got fixed there was holes left in the walls, where the plumbing had to be re routed....There were pictures made by a company that does this work and sent to them also...This foroe of water, could not be left on it would have flooded the whole, house, allstate is saying, that I left the water on and did not cut it off...did not happen, but at the same time they are saying that they see no damage according to the pictures...When I called their 900 number and asked the reason, they have four other reasons...they dont pay for plumbing (we knew), they dont pay for mold (we knew) that I let it leak (the water bill would have been higher and my grass man checks it for us when yard is done...the meter was not running....I campaiined all the way to the top.....I am asking for another adjuster...the adjuster that came out Brian O malley, was not here 4 minutes all together...The adjuster had a reason..which one contradicted the other,his boss just said, he stuck by the adjusters decision, even though they were contradictive, and the 800 office had other re... I have been toyed with and given the silent treatment along with being sent 2 checks with errors and lied to about the integrity of the check in the first place. It has taken me more than a year to find a vehicle with almost comparable value and price as the one I owned before the terrible and costly accident with USAA insured customer who was totally at fault. USAA has attained the vehicle and title (to my 2006 Dodge Durango sport utility) as of August 2010 and January 3, 2011 respectively. However, I am yet borrowing and/or renting transportation and sometimes paying for taxi rides to and from my and my children’s appointed destinations on a daily basis. I am left with a damaged shoulder even after therapy and considerable pain. I am weary of talking to/ communicating with representatives from the company. I am patient, but this is absolutely ridiculous and I am not expecting to wait any longer. The lingering problem remains. I have documentation which I have faxed in as well as sent via regular mail to USAA reps as requested. USAA motto states, “Doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do.” Never-the-less, this has not occurred. My wife passed away on july 17, 2012.Seh had a $5,000 life policy with United od Omaha. I contacted United on 7-25-2012. They told me to gather some information an submit it to them. I did this and sent the information to them on 8-1-2012 certified mail and it was received by United on 8-6-2012 by Bill Saxton. On 8-16-2012 I calleb United to see if check had been sent. They said it takes between 15 5o 20 days to process claim. I called again on 9-17-2012 to see if check had been sent. They said they had been very busy and check would be sent on 9-18-2012. they put my ex girl friend daughter on my insurace policy because we lived together.when her daughter got her license but her mom had her own car and insurance at the time they still put her on mine we broke up right after and her mom want change her daughters address on her license because she dont want her on her insurance.i been to my insurance three times trying to get her off. but they want take her off. her mom what help.i cant get no proof she moved out.but they should of put her on her moms anyway shes her daughter not mine.now they are chargeing me double because shes on my policy.so what can i do besides change co.... I was REAR-ended on 09Jun12. After 10 weeks of dealing with one delay tactic after another, being avoided, and ignored, Kemper refuses to repair my truck. The repair shop they recommended did not perform a vehicle inspection, they did not discuss the damages with me, they put a bumper on my truck and said it was done (even though my vehicle was towed into the repair shop). The agents at Kemper were very unresponsive and unprofessional. I have to file a small claims case to have my vehicle repaired. I WAS REAR-ENDED! I would NEVER recommend Kemper Insurance to ANYONE. We got a sales call from a State Farm Agent and we decided to go with them we had not had any accidents in years, and there was only one ticket on my licenses and this ticket was for speeding the only ticket in my life. I was legally parked in a parking lot shopping and came out and my car had been hit, I contacted the store manager there was no cameras to my dismay. A couple months later my car was parked in my driveway and someone was breaking into cars, and my car was vandalized again not my fault. On both occasions I was assured by the agent my rates would not go up as both of these incidents were not my fault. I got a letter yesterday from the insurance company that they will not be renewing my insurance policy. This is wrong I ask why and and the agent did not understand themselves and even stated I see neither claim was a fault of your own. This is very upsetting as we had switched insurance companies after being with Allstate for years, and now I am being told my insurance rates can go up because we are being told that they are cancelling us. Country Mutual Insurance Company Donna Tonovits is our agent for the past 8 years or so. I was in the hospital for weeks I called my agent to let her know how very ill I was and I need her to split our 3 cars to separate bills. And I was not getting my mail and needed my acc. num. and amount of payments send to me email I was in hosp. from July 26 thru Aug 25. I got nothing till Sept 4th an email that stated the perm. On my caddie was due in the amount of 289.00 a lot for just one car well my pol. was canceled 9/9 five days later by the way on Sunday. Now I might be home but have home nurse coming to my home and still very sick you would think my agent would care enough to give me a call.....I have all together 26 pol. with her and own several properties. She has been our agent for several years and the last 2 to 3 years have been not good. My husband had a fender bender on 9/11 I called Donna and she said to call her assistant Jill in the morning to pay perm. First b4 we call in accident. My 15 lb dog bit me 4 years ago and the company said they would not insure me because he might bite someone else. This was from Sarvey Insurance Brokers in Punxsutawnrey PA She said none of their companies would insure me. I explained how it happened that it was my fault but I don't know how this employee explained it to whoever she talked to. I have to tell everyone I know that if you are honest it does not pay. I will tell you that this is consistent with Erie's policy. Dog bite history is a huge liability and most insurance companies will not write you if you tell them the dog bit you. Being honest is still the right thing to do, but insurance companies assess risk. In their mind, any incident with a dog is risky. Your dog may never bite anyone again, but most are not willing to take that risk.
