I applied for insurance for my kids and i and it took two month for me to get my oldest to sons policys well when i talk to the woman on the phone she said you cant change your draft date and that jorden and mine would be drafted on the 17&19 ,and i ask for a refund and to stop my policy because I didnt receive a policy for jorden and my self,and the lady told me the address and they had the wrong apartment,so i told them to cancel the policy, the lady told me that they r drafting out on the 17 & 19 would draft it out on the dates you applied so ,y did they act like i just stop paying them im not letting them draft when forever,they want im disable and tryed to dispute it with the social Secruty direct express ,because after they got the right address they sent jordens Smith policy. They finally sent the other two for my son Derrick Donnell & Jermohn Richard but they took the money all at the same time. Well to begin with one of there workes said they i had to have a payment to start it so i never got a policy and im paying you for to month and i still didnt get one nor did I sign any thing ,my Direct Express card 1888.741.1115 they changed my card because there just draft when they want to they draft jorden's on the 30th one mo... Infinity Assurance Insurance Co. My policy expired 9/20/2013. In late August, 2013 I called to cancel due to moving out of state and they were requesting too much $ to keep them as insurance co. They required at least five days for cancellation, I gave them more than 15 days. In the meantime I got new insurance, something told me to call Infinity to confirmed cancellation; found out that they had already process payment for renewal. Why??????? Its beyond me. A good reason not to do automatic payment from account. I had to get some medication and was unable to do so because of my zero balance. Naturally I am going to have to fight for my reimbursement.... Hanover Unit Manager Ms. Debra Brickner continues to provide no legal basis for not honoring the Insurance Contract with the Insured, Eduard Mato. Ms. Brickner miss-interpreters exclusions to find any way possible to exclude coverage on Claim No 15-00123725, Eduard Mato has filled. To support her standing, Ms. Bricker provides the Dishonesty Exclusion to exclude coverage. The insurance company hired a private investigator to investigate the case of theft of musical instrument owned by Eduard Mato and insured with Hanover. The investigator concluded that the insured Eduard Mato was not in any way involved on the theft of the insured instrument. Even the main investigator on the case hired by Hanover suggest that the insured's claim be fully covered ASAP as there in no fault associated with the insured on this case. Payment to my primary care doctor was denied because they say my insurance is parttime insurance and they do not pay for pre-existing claims. But I went to see my doctor because I was losing weight and didn't know why so she sent me to have blood work done. The results indicated I had Type I diabetes so I was put on medication and was instructed to schedule another appointment for blood work to see if the meds were working. I did as instructed and went to see my doctor for the results. So to make a long story short I am being billed for doctor fees and blood work for roughly $1,000.00. I work parttime in retail my doctor was made aware of this. I am also being charged for an annual exam my doctor office explained it would be no cost to me but my claim is being denied as well by my insurance company. I don't understand why I have to foot the bill for services my doctor performed that she should have known would or would not be covered by my insurance carrier. And surely my insurance doesn't tell in detail to me what is and isn't covered.... Read More

I was rear ended by a Met life insured Driver, filed with Met Life the middle of August TODAY I am still waiting to get my car fixed, they told me I can not have a rental until they speak to their insured!!!! Who is clearly Ignoring them! I call and Call and the Claim Agent does not return my calls! I have a Police Case number stating the situation and they still will not fix my car or give me a rental until they talk to the insurance holder!!! I have no clue where to go from here but this is highly frustrating, I feel its pretty cut and dry, he hit me when I was stopped! DO I sue them both?... Read More

I am on disability because of a massive heart attack in 2008, thus I am on a fixed income. A couple of days ago I get a letter from my mortgage company telling me that my homeowners insurance policy would not be renewed. I had not heard anything about this from my State Farm agent, so you can imagine my surprise. The reason for non-renewal is 2 claims I had to report because of weather damage. The first claim was 6/21/2010 caused by a storm that caused wind and hail damage to my home, $8,180.70 was paid out to replace the roof that had been damaged so severely that it had to be replaced, this also included some other structural damage. The second claim was from a lightning strike that struck my furnace and literally burnt all the wiring to a crisp, fortunately the fire was contained to the furnace and the home was not burnt to the ground. On the second claim State Farm paid out $1,650.00 this claim was filed 05/18/2011. These are the only times that State Farm paid out anything. I have been with State Farm since 2005. Do I have any recourse here? Every insurance company can see past history and I have been told they will not insure me. I have been paying over $160.00 a month for homeowners and auto insurance.... As a medical biller this is the most frustrating company to deal with! It amazes me how they can process and deny a claim within a week but to process a pay a claim takes months! Been getting the run around for a surgery that was performed in April and they still haven't paid the claim. I swear their motive is deny all large dollar claims. So you can spend endless hours on the phone talking to incompetent people that tell you its in process!!... Read More

Geico uses Wellington Risk for Companion Property & Casualty for underwriting in the state of Texas. I purchased my policy last year and they were great, when my escrow account paid them this year I noticed the premium was higher then got a letter from my mortgage company telling me my policy had been changed... apparently they decided the cost to rebuild my home was no longer as much as I had it insured for so my coverage amount dropped, yet my rate went UP >?!!!< When I asked about this they told me that was standard and even though I haven't had a claim, had only had the house a year, and paid on time they felt I was over insured and prices had changed. I immediately found new coverage (better coverage at 3/4 of my original premium through AAA) and cancelled my policy only 10 days into the policy term. When I got my refund check, they not only charged me a FULL month of premium but a cancellation fee (they called it an administration fee) that was a full 25% of my premium. Do your homework on these guys, Geico should be ashamed cuz they lost not only a long term auto policy holder, but the rest of my family too.... Read More

I HAD HAIL DAMAGE ON MY ROOF,VENTS AND FLASHING. FROM A WELL DOCUMENTED TORNADO AND STORM. DOWNERS GROVE,IL TOPS OF MY TREES WHERE RIPPED OFF AND LIMBS STILL LAY IN THE TOPS OF MY TREES. TREES TOOK OUT MY CHAIN LINK FENCE IN WHICH A TREE ALSO FELL DOWN. ALL MY NEIGHBORS HAVE HAD THEIR ROOFS REPLACED BECAUSE OF THE STORM. I HAD SHINGLES RIPPED FROM MY ROOF BECAUSE OF WIND FROM THE TORNADO............ ALLSTATE CLAIMS I DIDN'T HAVE ANY DAMAGE-WHOLE STORM WENT AROUND MY HOUSE AND THE HAIL ONLY HIT MY VENTS,NOT THE SHINGLES! ALLSTATE CLAIMS THE SHINGLES.FLASHING AND VENTS ARE NOT DAMAGED AND EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF THE ROOF WITH THE DAMAGE AND STATES THAT THEIR IS NOT ANY DAMAGE BUT CUTS A CHECK FOR THE TREES TO BE CLEANED UP AND FOR THE FENCE I REPAIRED, AND FOR THE SHINGLES THE WHERE RIPPED OFF THE HOUSE!!!!!! BUT NOT FOR THE WHOLE ROOF THEY ONLY WANT TO PAY ABOUT 1/4 OF WHAT DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE. THEY DRAGGED THEIR FEET WITH PAY OUTS AND CLAIMS TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY ARE WORKING WITH YOU AND THEN TO YOUR SURPRISE IF THE FINE PRINT OF YOUR POLICY, YOU HAVE PASSED YOUR CLAIM TIME.
