Issued a policy for one amount but when I received the payment notice it was much higher, my agent nor I could not get any explanation from Allstate, after the second letter to management I received a letter that did not answer why the issued policy and payments were different, in fact his or her rambling would have been an insult to a eight year old.... My husband and I signed up for Medicare Advantage coverage with Lovelace HMO. The website listed doctors in network. My husband saw the cardiologist on the list after seeing PCP to get a referral and number. While waiting to get in with cardiologist Blue Cross bought Lovelace. Now they say doctor is not in network and we did not have referral number since number was issued before they bought Lovelace and we will have to pay the $5,000 bill. Also $10,000 in claims for me are denied, the reason given is I have insurance through my employer. I left the employer in August of 2013. BCBS customer service folks will not give me a number to fax a coverage ended notice from the last insurance. ONe claim was denied for a mammogram because they say it is not covered. The service is listed in the covered benefits section. DO NOT sign up with this company you will be very sorry and stuck with bills you cannot pay.... Read More

I HAD 2 INSURANCE POLICIES ON MY UNCLE , HE PASSED AWAY ON 06/13/2014 I HAD A FINANICAL HARDSHIP A FEW MONTHS PRIOR TO HIM PASSING , GLOBE LIFE CONTACTED ME TO OFFER ME HELP WITH PAYING MY PREIUMS IF I COULD PAY FOR 2 MONTS ON THESES POLICIES THEY WOULD PICK UP THE OTHER 3 MONTHS WITH NO PENTALY NO CANCELLATION AND NO GAP IN THE COVERAGE , THIS WAS DONE ON 05/01/2014 AND IAM SAD TO SAY THAT ON 06/13/2014 MY UNCLE PASSED AWAY I HAVE HAD THESES POLICIES SINCE 01/13/2012 AND THEY WERE PAST THE 24 MONTH PERIOD GLOBE IS DISPUTING THIS CALIM IT HAS BEEN OVER 1 MONTH SINCE MY UNCLE PASSED AND MY FAMILY IS IN FINANICAL HARDSHIP DUE TO PAYING EXPENSES FOR HIM AND WE ARE ON THE VERGE OF LOOSING OUR HOME AND ALL UTILITES ARE SHUT OFF DUE TO THE DELAY IN THEM PAYING OUT ON THIS POLICY BECAUSE WE HAD TO USE OUR HOUSEHOLD MONEY TO TIE UP LOOSE ENDS WHEN HE PASSED SO THIS LEFT US UNABLE TO PAY OUR FINANICAL RESPONSEIBLITY , WE THOUGHT WE WOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK FROM THESES POLICIES SO WE USED OUR PERSONAL MONEY AND WITH THIS DELAY AND GLOBE CONTESTING THIS POLICY WE WERE UNABLE TO PAY OUR BILLS AND THE EXTENTION WE HAD ASKED FOR HAS LAPSED DUE TO GLOBE TAKING OVER A MONTH THEN JUST TO TELL ME THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY OUT ON THIS CLAIM DOSE ANY... I had damage to my roof and the check was issued by standard, I sent the check to the house note holder in October of 2013 for them to sign the check so I could have the roof repaired. its now July of 2014 I still have not received the check back from the lien holder ( their up set my home is in bankruptcy). and I have asked Standard to reissue me another check or to give me some type of help but to know avail. on may 31st 7:30pm courtney brown ran a stop sign . she had 100% clear view. I had the right away. she seen me coming and ran the stop sign. and totaled my 2003 SR5 prerunner Toyota Tacoma truck. I believe they were texting and driving because all 3 passengers had there cell phones in there hands after the wreck. now esurance is dragging this out for over a month. tammy curiel is in charge of what she thinks my truck is worth. I have sent her pictures of what my custom truck looked like. I have called tammy many times even for two weeks with no response . the last time I talked to her I had to tell her my truck is not a sport runner its a SR5 prerunner... Read More

All I can say is DO NOT BUY AMEX ASSURANCE (Wisconsin)fromerly American Express Auto Insurance. I was struck by a Hit and Run Driver who entered the Bicylce Lane as I was easing out of my driveway .... no more than 10% of my car in the street (ie \\\\\\\"marked bike lane\\\\\\\") My insurance was canceled as a result, and the (Mexican) guy (who had no insurance) filed the claim for damages, most of which were already caused by others to his old van. We had a total loss fire on 01/09/2014.We have given numerous recorded statements and an examination under oath.It seems that even after all of this we are asked for more documents weekly.The fire dept.,SHERIFF DEPT AND THEIR OWN INVESTIGATOR HAVE SAID NOTHING SUSPICIOUS ABOUT FIRE.We lost everything and our finances are stretched after 6 months and no end in sight to settlement.We get no answers other than they want mor documents.The adjuster says she will get update and call,but doesn\\\'t.The attorney continues to request more documents.I\\\'m at my wits end both financially and emotionally,but they don\\\'t care.... I had a policy with Blue Cross and Blue Shield that was cancelling as of 06/1/14. I took a policy out on 5/25/14 to replace that policy. I made several calls, which is another story within itself, to BCBS concerning this matter. I even called BCBS after 5/25 but before 6/1 to ensure they had received the premium and was told that they had and asked if I needed to do anything about the old policy and was told that the policy would just cancel. Was never told that BCBS would also force place a policy and charge my account because my previous policy was on autodraft the new policy would just automatically draft my account. Which on 6/6 that was what happened my account was debited for 800/00+ dollars and through my account into a tail spin, when a transaction was declined on 6/8/14. I am on a fixed income and every penny accounted for. I contacted BCBS today 6/9 and was finally to by a supervisor, Brandon McLain(not sure about the spelling) that the only option I had was that the money would be sent priority which would take 5 to 7 business days. This is so upsetting when a company will give you the money they took at there leisure and has no regard to the poor personnel training, poor quality of company system, and just a lac... Read More

AT&T retiree 30yrs.in nov 2013 my policy was canceld by AT&T/bcbs, for default in pymnt which was unfounded.at&t eventually admitted it was an error on their part claims there was a computer glitch.because of their error my prescription coverage was canceled.after constantly dealing with them everyday for about a month it finally got corrected ( supposedly).jan 2014 it started all over again canceled again for the same reason default in payment which is incorrect again.i have reached my boiling point and am now reaching out too their complaint department I am now waiting for a response or help From them.this is very irritating when my payments are always paid and are on time.i am pleading for help From someone who can help me with this crisis....
