I am with Farm Bureau. I had an accident. I hit two deer five miles apart. With talking to the adjuster I told him what happen. He told me it was 2 deductibles because it was two separate accidents. I asked if that was right since I was being honest of what happened. The adjuster asked me if I wanted fixed or not in the most rudest way. He was the most unpleasant adjuster I have ever dealt with. Plus his office is 275 miles away. The fact that he was rude and belittled me during the conversation has made me decide to change companies. The customer service in the adjusters area is the worst I have ever seen and I have heard from others complaints like this. I talked with the adjusters manager and she told me that there is nothing they will do about his behavior. I hope this helps others from making a mistake. My agent is nice and tries to help but he didn't help with the adjuster at all....

Please find attached Baggage Claim Form for Family trip to India with All relevant documents to support.
Since we went as a Family with 3 total members, you will find names of my husband, Sunil R Chohan and my Son,Hiren S Chohan to avoid confusion.
We were booked to fly to Mumbai, India but to due delay in Minneapolis, our connecting flight to Mumbai was missed at Newark,NJ but Delta offered a flight to New Delhi, India which we boarded since our connecting domestic flights would be missed.
Delta kiosk at Newark,NJ promised that we would receive our luggage in New Delhi which it turned out not the case. We filed a report to Delta desk at New Delhi and when we reached Mumbai we approached Air India desk since that was that Airline we had flown from New Delhi to Mumbai.
Claims office in Mumbai Airport took our claims report from United Airline from New Delhi and gave us their report with phone numbers to contact should we find necessary. Copy of this is attached ...

I have had 2 group life insurance policies, one on myself(just turned 50 years old)and one on my wife(just turned 55 years old) which I continued to carry after I had left Eastman Kodak Company.
Metlife decided on the newest Aging, Salary & Rate update that they were going to raise my monthly insurance premiums from $45.58/month to an outrageous $85.99/month, an 89% rate increase. My wife's premiums went from $34.40/month to $56.00/month, also an outrageous increase of 63%. Believe it or not Metlife has also added administrative fees to both policies each of $2.00 per month. Talk about trying to bleed people dry! How do they think that people can afford this?
I cannot believe that this insurance company has imposed these huge rates on individuals and am very unhappy with them at this point. They are ridiculous with these increases and are going to lose good customers because of it.
There is no negotiation on these rates either. The only way that you can have lower rates is to drop off some of your coverage. Why is the customer the one that always has to give something up?
Metlife's profit margins must not be high enough................

Around 10/28/15, I was contacted by Mr. Carlos Marshall, AMIM, Senior Claims Representative of One Overton Park-3625 Cumberland Boulevard, Suite C100, Atlanta, Georgia 30339. He was very rude from the beginning of our relationship. His client Harbor Lights Yacht Company had me wait for 4 months to give me their insurance information. That I was supposed to be given to me immediately.I was injured very badly from a fall due to poorly lit lighting conditions around the stairs,my inability to see anything in front of me & their shaky & unstable handrails.This occurred on 7/21/15 10pm
On 7/22/15, a day after the accident, I contacted Mr. Woodley to inform him of my accident. He said that he & his wife were sorry & that,, they'd have the area fixed. I have several disabilities and pointed them out to Harbor Lights. I received call on 10/08/15 from Mr.Woodley" He finally revealed that he was one of the owners.Alex Suazo was his partner. Woodley screamed and yelled at me stating my being disabled would not get me much of anything, that I removed the rope blocking the area off and that I had no witnesses.

My husbands claim for physical therapy was denied due to the therapists being a "participating" provider versus a "preferred" provider" even though the provider was on the insurance company's list of "preferred" providers. I called and the provider had no idea that they had to have preferred status and now we are stuck with an $812.00 bill that was denied due to the provider being considered "out of network" and only a participating not preferred. The insurance company will not do anything other than to tell me that it is not their problem and site the disclaimer on their website. What can I do as now I am stuck with this bill. I was expecting to pay half and not the entire bill? Thank you....

10/10/2015 -the Vehicle was towed -finally- by the insurance company
10/22/2015- Alan Jackson, insurance adjusted-refuses to pay the flood-blames the Chevrolet for the problems of the auto.
Refuses to extended the car lease that we are using, demanding to return the vehicle, because Geico will not continue to pay.
10/23/2015 SUV it is still at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet/Cadillac in highway 501-no repairs have been made.
We don't have a vehicle to move my family of 5....

I recently left a company (US Steel) for another job on Sept, 19,2015. My wife and I were told that my coverage would be till the end of the month if I was in good standing. I put in my two notice, but my wife had a medical issue. She called on either the 17 or 18 of September to verify, she was told the same thing again. She then got a last minute appointment on Sept 23, 2015. On Friday, Sept 25, 2015, we checked to see if any claims had come through, only to find out my previous company cancelled me on the Sept 21, 2015 and my claims would be denied. I have a Union Benefits Person, who also checked after the fact with my company insurance, she was told I was good till the end of the month as well, only to be told the next day that information was wrong. How can the people that work for benefits representatives give you wrong information and not be held accountable. Now I have $3,700 in medical bills I can't afford along with a Cobra package that I can't afford as well. My wife would have waited if the people on the phone new their job and given the correct information. I will have medical insurance at my new company when I reach my 90 days in November. on june21,2013 i went to the nail club and spa to get my eyebrows wax. one of the technicians dropped hot wax into my right eye. the technician did nothing to correct the situation, but hand me a tissue. no one ever apologize or ask me how i was feeling or if i was alright. the nail club and spa just told me that i had to pay. after leaving the nail club and spa iwas in extreme pain and i could hardly see, i went straight to my doctor, where he tried to flush the hot wax out of my right eye and he gave me some pain pills. during the next couple of days i was in serve pain, unable tohave any type of light, sunlight or tv in my right eye. I then went to a eye doctor wear he treated me with medicine in my right eye and giving me 2 treaments of trying to flush out the hot wax in my right eye by sticking something in my eye. I also had to wear cocoon shades. The owner of the nail club and spa (mr. chinh nguyen) would not answer my calls or my certified letters. mr chinh nguyen told me about 2yrs later that the reason why he never responded to me because state farm told him not to talk to me.
