policy #275690007 HI.In spite that my soon Erik is in Poland they added him to my policy.They want profe of other policy where is Erik added.They incrase my monthly payment from $280 to $650 and they telling me that incrased policy only $1100.for 6 month.People after college have no ability to mathematic.How stupid they can be.This is shock for me.My son comback in March 2014 and I wanna switch to cheaper provider not this asholds. we have lived here vor 17 years as home owners with our mother until she went to stay at my sisters the garage caught fire and burned well our sister told the adjuster a story but everything in the garage was mine lik a electric wheel chair oxygen concentrator another wheel chair oxygen tanks and a car port and misc clothes sister says her moms stuff was there and she had nothing there ins gave Glenda hunt a check for the garage for20.702 dollars and property for5.712 but she did not have any thing there and she said they didn't get any for my stuff I called alstate they said they paid for mine but still released it to her and I lose she has clamed ins many times fasley... AARP and new york refuses to return my $ 4,431.36 I paid into my life insurance. I contacted BBB/ Indiana department of insurance in Indianapolis 317-232-2385 . report number 71619. They said stems from limitation ,what ever this means. They cannot help me either. In 8 years New york never sent me a statement and now they break it down as a percentage. I cannot afford a lawyer they want a percentage. I need to make my own arrangements while i am still alive . New York and AARP refuse to work with the insurance department and they say I should keep paying my insurance $ $ 92.32 X 12 month = $ 1,107.84 X 4 years is $ 4,431.36. What are Indiana senior to do when they are trying to take the burdens from the love ones. We like to make our arrangements and pay on this arrangements in advance. The new york life insurance co never sends a statement to the insurer, this is not good practice for seniors. I hope we can pass a law to protect us from all insurance co doing business in Indiana and give IDOI more control. They did all they could I guess. The Insurance that my complaint is on repairs to my car. This Insurance was purchased by the loan thru Wells Fargo Dealers Services. I was having trouble with the brakes making grinding and they were pulling, also the car was leaning or sitting lower to the ground than it should. This was supposed to be covered by the Insurance Co. The Adjuster came and looked at the car on the hoist, he said that yes the brakes, drum and brake line, plus the ball joints, struts and something else did new service, but his company only would repair them if the fluid from them was leaking like a faucet. We could only pay to repair the struts. The others still need to be repaired. We have a service card that we used to pay for it, but we have to pay the breaks off before we can get any of the other repaired. This could mean our life! With winter here we can only drive the car. The Insurance Company should have repaired those things! What good is the Insurance if they take care of nothing! But we still are paying for it!!!!... Read More

I recently moved from CA to ID and ordered insurance from Foremost Insurance Group. I had their insurance for 10 days until I found better coverage at almost half the cost from the Hartford Co. Foremost charged me $102 for 10 days of home owner insurance after canceling. I sold my house in CA for 4 times what I paid for my new home yet Foremost charged me $623 for 1 year service. Foremost is a specialty insurance company who generally insures high-risk dwellings. They charge more on general basis. Definitely shop around in advance and understand all of the provisions of your insurance policy. Many companies will charge you fees to cancel.

I filed a short term disability claim with USA Life in July originally for back pain subsequent testing showed i had 3 golf ball size tumors on my kidney which they had to remove my kidney pathology reports showed the tumors to be cancerous SALIne denied my claim stating that i had been in a accident a few years back and was recent king ongoing treatment for the back pain and denied my claim as preexisting i refined my claim for review it took 10 days to pick of my certified mail and sign for it and another. 45 days for them to again deny my claim stating that i was taken off work for back pain that was preexisting even though customer service was told that testing and my orthodox doctor had found the tumors and referred me to the specialist and even that back pain is a symptom... I filed a disability claim with Allstate back in July of 2012. However, the company approved my claim and constantly kept requesting my medical records in order to issue my disability checks every month. In January of 2013, the company denied my claim for continued disability payments stating that my medical file was sent for a independent review by a team of there doctors to denied my claim. I reported Allstate to the NYS department of financial services because I know that the company is using illegal tactics to denied my claim. I now was involved in a auto crash as of February 1, 2013 and at this time I requested that the insurance company continue to pay out on my claim because I couldn't work due to me having new injuries onto of old injuries. The insurance company took my original claim for disability and turned it into a accident claim. The company requested my medical records from my auto crash and denied my continue disability based off information that had nothing to do with my original claim. Allstate been telling stories to denied my claim and as of December 2, 2013 they owe me $9000 and are refusing to pay what's owed to me. I had an accident on June 22, 2013, my carrier was Progressive the other company was Farm Bureau when the other insurance company stalled on paying the claim and tried to tell me that I should go through my Insurance. Progressive rung their hands, shrugged there shoulders and did nothing. My Insurance in the past with other companies would have stepped in for a client not Progressive.
