Insurance Complaint against: State Farm Insurance

- General - I feel abused by this company
I was hit by a car in a parking lot. I was walking.
State Farm is the insurance company of the lady who hit me. I have a claim number but get sent to places where State Farm isn't there anymore. Several times.
I have been given numbers to call but they are just part of the run around .I am almost deaf. I am out of the hospital and through with physical therapy. Should I just give up and get a lawyer?...

My car was hit but no one was in the car. After filing I was given an estimate of $1900 from one body shop and he said: the insurance companies does not want us to write a high estimate, they say that people take the money and run, so keep the estimate low. After hearing this I decided to get another estimate from another body shop that I had dealings with. He gave me and estimate of $2527. Auto owners adjuster came I showed him the estimate and he left. few days later I had a check for $1710.
I called the 2nd body shop for few questions regardIng the $1700 if it was going to be enough I was told the Auto Owners adjuster called him and told him to cut corners. Bad job Auto owners insurance this is fraudulent behavior........
When I called Chris the customer service of Auto Owners Ins. he got mad and told me I don't know what you are talking about, this is the way we operate....

I was scheduled to have surgery on Friday 11/23/2012 for spinal fusion and a discectomy. This is after MONTH of visits to doctors, chiropractors, massage therapist and physical therapy, not to mention acupuncture treatments. I am in desperate need of this surgery and Anthem BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD DENIED it saying it was not medically necessary. I have been suffering from sciatica in addition to the back problems for over 11 months now.
For 8 months, I have been on daily Vicodin and Percocet painkillers just to be able to function (somewhat) as I need to work to support myself, and my family.
Over 4 medical doctors, including Dr. Gregory Munson at JEWETT ORTHOPAEDIC have deemed this medically necessary and yet it was DENIED the day before Thanksgiving with no recourse but to cancel since we could not get anyone at BC/BS to give approval because of the holiday.
My holiday was spent on the floor, in great pain. My family has to watch me suffer to walk, to stand, to try and bend (which causes me to usually fall) and more.
I find it highly outrageous that BC/BS will continue to pay to “drug” me on these painkillers but will not approve surgery which is my LAST OPTION. I wonder if BC/BS will pay if I am in a drug induced auto accide...

We were robbed twice in 2011. The first time was small in comparison with the second time. The first time it was personal items and we accepted the settlement. This was also the first claim we had with Citizens. The second robbery not only did they take a lot of our personal items but they also damaged our wood floor in our living room and our porcelain tile in the dining room and kitchen. We have proof of almost everything that we reported. The amount they gave us is not sufficient to repair the damage caused by the burglars. I feel like I have been a victim twice. Once by the burglars and now with our insurance co. We pay our very high premiums with no delay. They should pay us what we are rightfully owed. I don't understand how these insurance companies get away with this. Once again I feel the small people get taken advantage of. I will not let this happen. I do have a adjuster and I attorney that I will have to give some percentage of because our laws do not protect the citizens. I would like to get this settled so that I can make the necessary repairs and so that I can also put this all behind us....

I worked for Farmers Insurance Group and was grossly misguided by the recruiter and the District Manager. They tell you that all their products are priced competitively and that is not true at all. First of all, it is nearly impossible to sell their Homeowners insurance, it is not priced competitively,and the premiums are really high. As far as their subsidy program goes, I was really mislead. First of all I was only give about 5k in subsidy, and when I decided to leave I got stuck with an, 8500k bill that they said i owed, with no explanation at all! Do not work for this company you will live to regret it!!...

I cancelled my insurance with GMAC, because I now have USAA. As of 7:30pm of the 6th I was covered by USAA. They sent me a cancellation paper to fill out and I faxed it to GMAC or I should say John Guthrie Ins. Services Inc. He received it on the morning of the 7th of Nov., which is when my ins. is due for renewal. I had paid them a week before for the full six months of ins.,691.00 dollars. I was told I would get back 618.94. Asked why and got no answer. The agent said that they were willing to back up a day to make it okay. He never even contacted them! I am being charged 72.00 dollars for a half days worth of ins.! My policy runs from 11/7/12 to 05/07/13. I have had the same agent for about ten years and could not believe what he did. I know what it is he had already got his commission and did not want to give it up. I really need help in getting my money back. We went with USAA because we just found out my husband is eligable for their benifits and for the Va. hospital. That was the reason we changed. I feel v ery wrong by GMAC or John Guthrie Ins. Services. At the most I should of been charged a pro rated amount. I figured if I was making monthly payments it would be about 4.00.

I have had insurance with several companys.. I have never had to file a claim or report an accident that was my fault, or had to have them cover another drivers claim on my vehicle..
I took a one year drivers education course in High school, and completed and did a excellent score on drivers test applying for licdense.
I have never had any misdaminer or felony charges against me
and accured a perfect driving record for personal and work relayed jobs.
I was courious why i was paying a $ 54.00 payment for just Liability coverage.. with such a good record and older vehicle. and only drive 8 miles to and from work
When a friend is paying just $18.00 more for full coverage for a newer vehicle,, He lives in a largert city,, he has several tickets and has filed claims. and drives furthur than i do
What happened to reconizing a good driving client , and charging them accordingly There has got to be something wrong here

overall Ann Arbor Condo market is curerntly balanced with a 5.4 month supply of units. Compared with February 2011, the number of condos listed for sale has decreased by 18%, while the number of condo sales pending
