- General - I feel abused by this company
6 MONTHS AGO, I HIRED MY AUTO INSURANCE AND AFTER 1 MONTH I CANCELLED THE SERVICE, BECAUSE GEICO CALLED ME TO CHANGE THE PRICE BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CALCULATE THE VALUES CORRECTLY. NOW, I GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE AND I HIRED AGAIN THE INSURANCE WITH THEM. GUESS WHAT? I'VE JUST RECEIVED A CALL TELLING ME THAT MY PRICE WILL INCREASE AGAIN, BECAUSE THEY, AGAIN, DIDN'T CALCULATE THE PRICE CORRECTLY. THAT IS RIDIIIIIIICULOS! THEY ARE LYING FOR THEIR CLIENTS WITH BETTER QUOTES AND AFTER A MONTH THEY UPDATED THE PRICE. THIS IS NOT ETHICAL, SO WHEN MY CONTRACT FINISH, I NEVER MORE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THIS COMPANY.
