Our truck was stolen on Oct., 1,2012; it was recovered 3 days later fully stripped, this included doors, tailgate , tires, hood, lights and left on blokds in a wooded area. Allstate sent out an adjuster, he contacted us once to inform us that he was going out to look at the vechicle, he then informed us that he was set to go on vacation and we never heard from him anymore, we finally contacted the Theft Rep. at Allstate and he apoligized for the adjuster and informed us that it was a total loss. The truck was in excellent condition with very low miles and they do not want to pay us what the truck was work, we reasearched online at Autotrader, and spoke with owners of a local Dodge dealership that gave us a price that was a couple of thousand dollrs differnce. Allstate still has not bugged on their offer and we have not either , we will sue for the difference if we have too... Read More

IN MARCH,2013 MY VECHILE WAS STOLEN,AND IT WAS FOUND BURNED.I AM STILL PAYING FOR A VECHILE THAT I DON'T HAVE. THE INVESTIGATOR SENT AN COURT REPORTER, AND ANOTHER MAN TO DO AN STATMENT UNDER OATH.HE WAS SO CONFUSING WITH HIS TWISTED QUESTIONS THAT I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT I SAID. I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS VERY HARASING TO ME. I GAVE HIM A DOCTORS LETTER, STATING MY DISEASE PROSESS AND THAT IT WAS ADVISED THAT I DID'T GET UPSET,AND HE DID THE OPPOSIT OF THAT HE DID THAT VERY WELL.I SEEMS THAT SINCE PEOPLE PAY FOR INSURANCE SO IF THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN THEY NEED TO PAY,HE ACTED LIKE IT WAS HIS MONEY.HE WAS OVERBEARING AND VERY HARD,ON ME. I HAVE TURNED IT OVER TO MY LAWYER AND IT CAN BE HANDLED THROUGH HIM. I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER INS. PROVIDER BECAUSE, NO BODY NEEDS TO BE TREATED LIKE I WAS BY MARTY LYONS!!!! My husband and I were the victims of a hit and run driver. The accident resulted in our car being totalled and we were shaken, bruised and sore, but we feel lucky to be alive. Our insurance company, Geico immediately offered assistance and medical coverage. They have been wonderful, however, even though the police report identifies the car, the driver and the hit and run, USAA refuses to accept responsibility! There were witnesses at the scene of the accident that took down the license plate number and identified the vehicle. The police took all the information and tracked the vehicel to the address of the registered owner, however the owners refused to allow the police to look at the vehicle (it was covered in the back yard). Because the police continue to persue the driver who now has a warrant out for his arrest the case remains open. In the pst three months while we've waited for some closure, the owners of the vehicle had it repaired. They sent photos of the repaired vehicle into USAA and USAA now denies any claim. We are really shocked at the participation of USAA in this criminal coverup.... Read More

My son was killed in january 1,2012 his job claims he did not have a beneificary. I know that he told me that I was his beneificary and if anything every happened to him that i was the beneificary.I knew that he had more than one policy. But they only told me about one I just was told to day by Metlife worker that he had four policies today is 12-5-12 i feel no one will listen to me.So now they are using my grandsons as the beneificary and saying that the older will recieve more than the younger. How are they coming up with this? My son has family. Its like no one has say but the employer and the Insurance co .I Need someone to sit and talk with me so i can explain ever thing that I know. Mike Jolin of Geico Insurance did not follow proper procedures by disclosing to me that I could take my car to any body shop of my choice for repairs. No estimate was given to me as to what was going to be fixed and cost. Never listened to anything that I had to say in regards to the damage or the repairs. I called his boss Bob Gabriel about this complaint and he of course sided with Mike as to not break up this back door repair service they have on the side and then I called his boss Eli Rivera and no call was returned. I would NEVER EVER buy Geico Insurance, and Watch out if you have a claim through Geico.... Read More

Our house burned in October 2009. Allstate's actions were so bad that I had to write a song and produce a video about it. I hope to embarrass Allstate into becoming the company they pretend to be. I am a mental health provider who has in good faith seen a patinet and it is verified that his insurance covers my services; however, the insurance company has failed to pay this claim which was submitted back in July, and re-submitted several times since then. They stated I had an incorrect diagnostic code on the form and it was corrected an re-submitted several times, with no response from them. Today I spent over a half an hour on the phone with them, and they are still denying the claim, stating the copy is not clear enough to read. I spoke with Liz G and she gave me a reference #741528542515. Several months ago I was given a claim #001208073992042, and told in September that the check was in the mail. Our shower wall collapsed on a Saturday as I was showering. We immediately contacted Allstate. They made it clear that if any mold was involved they would find a way to deny the claim. Monday they sent an adjustor out to the house. He made it clear from the moment he stepped foot into the house that he was going to deny the claim. Twice over the phone with out sending anyone over to find the cause or have any factual basis, he told ne he was denying the claim. Once he sent out everyone he could to look at the damage in our bathroom he sent us the official denial. Which took a month. He was rude and arrogant and made it clear from the begining that he didn't have any intentions on our claim getting covered. We have had Allstate ofr over 14 years. This was the first claim we have ever filed. It was DENIED before it was even looked into prety much and the adjustor was awful to deal with. It was a horribe experience. I do not reccomend ALLSTATE to ANYONE!!!!! The plumber and Restoration Specialist that we hired made it clear to us that Allstate by far is the worst insurance company to deal with and to not hold our breath because they would deny our claim. They apparently will do anything in there power to deny a claim!... Read More

I know that I am late on responding to this, but, if your insurance is what they call a HO-3 policy of which is a standard policy across the US. this is covered on page 12 of your insurance policy. Call an attorney or Public Adjuster in your area for positive insurance coverage. Most states have 3 years to reopen any claim. and don't let them tell you any difference.
