I was told by Allstate that they did not take my payment for November and instead November and December payment out 8 days before Christmas!! I asked them to back my payment up 2 days after it was due in November. A corporation that big would have a full time IT department that takes care of this 8 hours a day!! I got nothing but excuses and we can take whatever we want whenever we want out of your acct!! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF... Read More

Allstate is the worst insurance company I've ever had DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY TOOK $275.00 OUT OF MY ACC WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION! a month ago ...still waiting for my money will call my bank...

There was a Policy increased more than anybody can afford a year, especially the Veterans like me that depend on Social Security retirement.From $920 went up to $1,163.11 and the sad part is that our government and the insurance commissioner approved it. The law need to change on the reporting time because it says they do not have to inform the client until 45 days out of renewal. I think it should be 6 months out and if they know before they sale the policy (which I got the feeling they did)they should tell you then.To deceived a person, especially a Veteran, should not be allow by law and I consider that as fraud.The name of the insurance is SECURITY FIRST OF FLORIDA.I spoke to the customer service yesterday and they did not give me an answer until today from WIESENHAHN INSURANCE AGENCIES.The last person I spoke to today 12/20/12 was a female name "Billy",IF IT IS HER REAL name, but refuse to give me her employee number and at first even the name. She also refuse to give me a manager or a CEO to speak to and even a number. Regarding I am suppose to be paid on a weekly bases...The company holds checks without notifying me of their actions when I am suppose to be let known by mail and why. I am suppose to be paid on a weekly bases ... One week equals 7 days...and they are making the checks out for eight day week. Will not pay for the back days that are owed to me. Their days go for whenever they want. Last check was from 12/02/12 thru 12/11/12 and their check will start on 12/12/12 thru ?. My adjuster took over in September of 2012 when my last one was replaced. His name is Jonah Ottley and states he has paid me for everyday. But his checks are made out for a 8 day period when I am suppose to get so much per week based per week. And this is continuing to be done. His week equals 8 days not 7. What I am owed is that 8th day. It now goes back several weeks. And only get that he states he has paid me for everyday. Again his is 8 days for a 7 day inwhich equals one week. TO HIM 8 DAYS EQUALS ONE WEEK !!! I am tired of all of the stress that this has caused me... I searched for health insurance on line and received a phone call from a woman named Maxine Carter. We discussed coverage and she gave me a quote and followed up w/ an email outlining coverage with the address nphbenefits@yahoo.com which turns out to be an invalid address. Her agency is listed as Taylor Insurance (according to her email) and the phone # she supplied is 1-877-539-4442. The voice messaging system sounds legit. but no one ever returns my calls. This is scary because she asked for a bank acct. # for processing the first payment. I am not entirely sure that this complaint is against Aetna but that is the only company mentioned, as part of the dental plan. It has been almost 3 weeks since I talked to this woman and have not received any mailings or other contact since. Contact was made on Dec. 5, 2012.... Read More

i was searching for a less expensive homeowners policy and was given the name of universal property and casualty to receive a quote by a friend, i spoke to the agent and she quoted me a price that was less expensive than my current policy holder, therefore i asked to send the paperwork to sign for my approval, after receiving the policy it was a different amount that was quoted to me, and was much more expensive than my current policy, i immediatley phoned the agent to advise i was not going to accept that policy it was different from what was quoted me and was two thousand dollars more than i was paying, i did not sign the documents or return them to the company, but they in turn submitted to my mortgage company for payment, i had notified my mortgage company to not pay them if they received any statements from them asking for payment, but someone from the mortgage insurance department did not read the notes in the computer and paid out the check,which caused me to be negative in my escrow account, which raised my mortgage, and have to homeowners policies that they paid. after working with the bank and universal property and casualty the decided to return the check back to the bank when they realize that I was still covered under... I have been insured by this Company for years through an Agency by the name of Abel Assurance Agency on Oakland Park Blvd. Florida who writes policies on their behalf. Notknowing they were abusing me by overcharging me on a monthly basis for PIP coverage at the rate of $98.00 monthly then after I had a minor fender bender accident they increased my PIP policy to $198.00 monthly from March, 2012 thru August, 2012. They told me they do not take checks so I had to be making cash payments. I happened to speak to a friend about it and she was shocked and outraged and recommended me to Allstate that now covers my vehicle with full Comprehensive coverage for $136.28 monthly. I have had sleepless nights because of the stress this Insurance Company placed upon me because I had to try to drive overly safe to avoid an accident because I knew my car was not fully covered and had such a large monthly payment. I can now sleep at night and not only getting my sleep at night but I now pay less for full coverage and send a check in on a monthly basis instead of going to pay in cash. I was switch from my Etna insurance company 12/30/2011 to United Health Care. With out my knowledge I stater to get a physical in my local clinic where I used to go when I was insure with Etna. My doctor after the physical recomended a blood test and I proceed to get this blood test always thinking that Etna always covers this type of service. TO my surprice I recieved my first bill from United Health Insurance telling me that because Elmhurst Clinic was not part of thier network my coverage was going to be denied. Wich it was denied and now I am stuck with 100% of the bill and they are refusing to cover Zero percent. This is outraged that I went a whole year paying this insurance company and I am denied even the smallest part of this bill. I am a senior citizen and I have no way of covering this $1500.00 dollars from this bill. I need help please. You can write me on my email about my options do demand some type of coverage. One of their insured hit my vehicle because he was distracted. He backed right into me while i was entering a parking space. They never called me back after i filed the claim i had to call them to ask the status. I was then told that we were both at fault for the accident and that is all there was to it. I will now have to be Inconvenienced and file a claim thru my own insurance company to have the damage repaired!! Can anyone tell me what i can do next??... Read More
