Hi, My name is Terry I use to have State Farm as my auto Insurance company for over 10 years or more. When I purchase my first vehicle a 2001 chevy malibu never had but one incident with that vehicle that was a deer that ran into my vheicle and I had to get some body work done. I later bought a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer and continued to keep State Farm as my auto insurance provider in 2009 -2011 I had some accidents/incident to my vehicle which required body work. State Farm decide to not renew or continue to coverage to me after being a long term clent of theirs for over 10 years and faithful with my payments they take and decided to not continue coverage with me. They have a saying Like a Good Neighbor State Farm State Farm is there that may apply to some but not to all if you end up having a few incidents/accidents. They will drop their coverage and no long want to insure you it happen to me. My wife and my brother in law had subscribed to Reliance Life Policies as per deatils given below: Policy No:16676942, Date:27-03-2010. Annual Premium:6049/- Policy No: 16991478, Date:12-05-2010 Annual Premium: 6049/- In July 2012 Mr Arup Manna from Reliance SaltLake Sector V office, after calling me, had sent Mr Uttam Kr Thakur to collect the cheques for depositing towards the policies' premium. Subsequently a cheque for 12,100/- was given to him for depositing against the said policies, vide chq no: 737544. Dt: 12-07-2012 on Punjab National Bank. To our utter dismay Reliance office issued a new policy in my wife's name instead of depositing it against the above mentioned policies. This has been done without my wife's consent or knowledge and by forging her signature and documents. The details of this unwanted policy is: Policy No:50280242 Date: 29-07-2012. Annual Premium 12,100/- This is a sure act of dishonesty, greediness and a case of robbery, forgery and disloyalty on the part of Reliance towards the customer. Warren, Carriers are legally obligated to give you written notice, it is in the policy. You can verify the date of notification by asking then to reissue the notice, assuming you have any desire to pursue the issue. If they cannot produce a legitimate notice let your state Department of Insurance know about it. Not much will get accomplished unfortunately but you will have at least documented the issue so it does not persist.

I was rear ended by a progressive insured driver. She received the citation and admitted to rear ending me to the officer. Police report was filed. We exchanged information and I contacted her insurance company the next date. I started the claim process and was assigned to RAul Perez (813-372-5736). He kept in contact with me and my witnesses. He gave me an appt to have an Progressive adjustor view the damage and given me an estimate. I did so. Multiple conversations later, He went on to tell me he has had difficulty contacting his insured to hear her side of the story and therefore could not release the funds to pay for the damages to my vehicle. So, basically with a police report, rear end damage, your insured given the citation, you cant give me the funds. So basically any Progressive driver that causes an accident, if you dont respond to their calls...you're free to wreak havoc wherever you choose and not be responsible... I worked at a company called SAPA Extrusions i got hurt at work and didnt noyice anything until the next day i called Jane Larson and told her that i was hurt and that i had to get it taken care of took a week off went back to work feeling good with light duty. Never was put on light duty and was hurt and the end of that work week went into the office and told them that my back locked up again she told me that i could not use workers comp and being there over a year did not want to rock the boat and said well i can use my insurance Jane said that was ok. Filed a claim no#1662414 Kathlene Johnson handled my case and did nothing to help me she told me that she thought i was faking and i would not get paid untili did a physical test. I took the test and my back lite up so much pain i called everybody and yelled at them saying that was the most stupid thing to make me do.They paid three checks, Kathlene Johnson transfered my case to Bonnie Dube and they canceled my claim. I filed an appeal and was granted an appeal 45 more days,Jane Larson told me that if i did not give them a doctors release they could no longer hold my job Icalled liberty mutual and told them that i needed a answer on my claim and they told me i quit and the claim w... On 27th August 2012 we had a lot of rain from tropical storm Isaac which caused a lot of flooding in Port St. Lucie. The sewage back-up into my property and flooded the house. Don, We attempted to reach you by email. If you need an adjuster in your area we can assist. Let us know. We believe this should be a covered peril, but an inspection by your own adjuster is needed.

My basement was filled to the joists with water after Hurricane Irene and the flood adjuster estimated (because he didn't arrive until a week later after the flood waters had subsided) that my flood line was 7 feet. My basement ceiling is unfinished, and it was obvious that: a) the water did reach the joists, and b) that the water rushing into my basement was not calm, so there was obvious sloshing and wave action involved. My first floor floors are clearly damaged from moisture! The floor damage portion of my claim was denied by Selective Insurance Co. Their reason was "we insure against direct physical loss by or from flood". They also stated that "any damage to my floors is indirectly related to the flooding event". How can obvious moisture damage NOT be directly related to this event?... Read More

A " SELECTIVE Auto Policy holder hit and run us in NC. We chased him for blocks until he stopped after 1/2 mile from crash scene. Pickup truck dragging a 20' x 10' wide trailer bounced into our lane hitting the right front door and wheel on 9/24/2012. It's now 10/01/2012 and repeated calls go unanswered. Just get leave your name and number. My first call received a claim # 21241646 and that within 24 hrs we would be called. That was another big falsehood. $2,000 of damage. Door won't open. The adjuster spoke to him on the day of this posting. We had the wrong number for him. He said once we got the correct contact information everything has been great. The claim has been resolved and he is very happy with the service.
