My property got water damaged by the neighbor's broken water pipe last November.They response and inspection delayed many days When reported to Travelers and they make up false information. the damaged roof was left leaking for months when they delayed the inspection and the claim. Nine months later they told me that the damage is not covered by the policy because the roof is disrepair and the damage occurred over an extension period. But Travelers just started insured my property 6months before the accident and they never come to my property before sale it to me. And our tenants are the eyewitness for the damaged area : it did not leak before the accident and it leaked as crazy when and after the accident from the neighbor’s broken water pipe. Now they have admitted the roof leaking is from the neighbor's broken water pipe. But no cover from either my policy or from the neighbor's liability ( both of us are in the same insurance - Travelers.... Read More

I recently purchased humana rx plan. I was told by a supervisor that an inhaler was covered under their insurance. My co pay was to be$50. When I went to pick up it was $150. The next month I went to pick up my inhaler and it was $279. They told me there is nothing they can do about it that the information that I received to purchase their insurance was inaccurate! So I am stuck for an entire year purchasing my inhalers for $279 when they told me it would be $50. Someone needs to be accountable for cheating me out of all that money on a monthly basis! I want to share two partial emails I sent to Progressive. I've been with them for 10 years and instead of fighting for me as their loyal customer they did the total opposite and harmed my car/me through the process. They didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails. I've paid them so much over the years but it doesn't matter to them.... I’m writing this email full of anger and disgust towards your so-called insurance company Progressive, which at this point I feel is a thief of a company that is allowed to steal legally. We’ve been a Progressive customer for more than 10 years and have contributed towards your financial empire. When we needed your services you done everything but help us; conclude for yourself… In the beginning of July my boyfriend was in a car accident, no fault of his, with a driver in a rental with full coverage from that rental company. Before I called the rental company about the accident I called you guys to advise what had occurred and immediately was told that even though the accident wasn’t our fault you could be my representative, get the car fixed then go after the at-fault insurance company to get the money spent on the repair. I changed insurance companies because I was given a lower rate I changed from a company I had been with over 10 years I had been paying 312 a month Allstate was 298. For five cars. I had been paying 312.for four cars When I made my first payment it changed to 324. When I called to complain Richard told it me it was because I added my daughter, the estimate I asked for should have included her. I don't know how it has gone from 324- 356. Without me knowing. Since they were taking it out of my checking account. Now they took 476. And are telling me the state gave them a rate increase.... Read More

Attached is a partial copy of a letter that I sent to the Progressive claims department. It accurately describes the situation I found my self in. So for, there response has been non existent. This is undoubtably the worst insurance company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am writing to you about an accident I had with another vehicle on June 18, 2015. The accident occurred in Hermitage, PA. The Progressive claim number is: 15-3729350. My initial conversations were with Mr. Frank Moore from your claims department. I explained to Mr. Moore that this accident was in no way my fault. I further informed him that the other party involved was arrested at the accident sight for DUI. It is my understanding that when both parties have the same insurance company, that any deductible would be waived. He assured me that this is what would happen. Despite what I told him, I was informed 1-½ months after the accident that I would be found at fault! It is well beyond my comprehension how I could be found at fault when the other party was arrested for DUI. Further, the adjuster now tells me that my deductible will not be waived! Water and wind damage done to my home ! They say it's normal ware and tear ! They have been rude they have called me a liar they say my damage is old damage and just never noticed it ! They denied my claim ! They told me to have a contractor to come out and tarp the hole in my house and the insurance would cover it but it to was not paid total of $200.00 after I filed the claim my monthly payment went up the very next payment went up $22.00 per month the list is just to long to list here... Hello, I am filing this complaint because I was involved in an auto accident in which a state farm policy holder hit my vehicle. I called state Farm the same day to report the claim. Since then I have not be able to reach my claims adjuster. I have left Alessia fossi a few voice messages no return calls so I called on Aug 7th select 0 to speak with another person and I was told that they believe their policy holder got an attorney so they are not able to speak to me. Yesterday Aug 12 I get a letter in the mail dated Aug 3 saying she is trying to contact me. this is not true. I need this claim to be reviewed state farms client was crossing a merging lane to get in to the main road making a left turn I was going straight heading west when I got hit in the driver side quarter panel causing me to spin a few times in the middle of the road. Have been insured by Geico since 2009.....My premiums on 2014 Toyota Camry xle have recently been increased on the premise, that future performance of my Toyota Camry xle, according to new testing procedures, indicate to Geico, potential issues of 'non perforfance'... Will someone explain, how Geico, is now utilizing 'the chrystal ball ' concept to be arbitrary as well as resort to a possible violation of the U.S. constitution, (illegal search and seizure) clause in the 'Bill of Rights') .... In addition, one could point to the 'protection rackets' in the 1900's by gangsters like Al Capone, who demanded monies, or his thugs would cause you business or physical damage......This was referred to as the 'Protection Racket)......Isn't the analogy reasonably acceptable as a form of similar 'forced' removal of monies from Geico Insurance from their insured.....Does Geico know something about the Toyota products that I don't know....If so, aren't they now responsible for what they identify as 'Non-Performances' of all Camry xle vehicles, as well as the entire Toyota product line...
