This is in reference to claim number #0251415923. On July 9th I was driving west-bound on Westend (Chicago). Your client Marcus Street was driving his grand-father's car south-bound on Pulaski at a rapid speed. He came to stop traffic during rush hour. Went around the stop traffic and drove through the parking lanes and rear-end my Ford Truck. I made a police report as the report will show he was driving reckless. Ms. Beverly Littleton contacted me on Tuesday, July 10th and recorded my statedment of what happened. When she turned off the recorded, the conversation continued and she implemented I turned in front of Marcus. She informed me she hasn't spoken with the person who was driving the car (Marcus Street), but she spoke with the policy-holder (his grand-father). I asked her shouldn't she had spoken with driver first, I informed her if I couldn't get a better assistance, I would take it further. By this time, she was upset and the conversation ended. July 11th she called me and informed me I was at fault, I repeatly informed her this person rear-ended me. I was already traveling west-bound on West End ave. Ms.Littleton informed me it wasn't necessary for me to go to claims center for evaluation and stated I had threaten her by saying I would take it further. That's when she became rude, and wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. I went to location anyway on the Friday, July 13th for pictures and evaluation,and gave them copies of police report and all paper-work. When I returned home, I called Ms. Littleton supervisor Mr. Blair Shriver (630) 972-6141, but he wasn't available, so I spoke with Mr. Tony Estrada and explained to him about my conversation with Ms. Littleton. Mr. Estrad agreed we should have pictures and all information before making a decision. I was informed vechile at fault hasn't came to claim center for pictures and evaluation.
