On April 4, 2015, I was in an accident on IH-20 going east. Three people were involved: Annette M. Greene, 912 Pine Tree Ln, DeSoto, TX 75115, who is insured with State Farm, 800-252-1932, Policy # 1365169-A16-43H, Claim # 43630L646 and Thomas Lee Burrell, 1906 Cheryl Ln, Arlington TX 76013, who is insured with USAA,(210) 531-8722, Policy # 335941531G71012; and, myself, Gloria A Hill, 2029 E Ann Arbor Ave., Dallas TX 75216-6415, I am insured with Progressive. I was driving on IH-20 going east, when all of a sudden there were two (2) vehicles in my view, going across the highway. I had no time to react to the incident in question. I hit one of them, of which I thought was a green vehicle. After I made my way to the right side of the freeway, I immediately dialed 911, the Dallas Police. They asked me my location and stated that I needed to talk with the Hutchins Police Department. I talked with them and they came immediately to the scene. This story is very hard to get across in words how tragic and desperate we felt but I will try. Two years ago my son was in his 2nd year of college. He developed a drug problem. We had no idea how bad it was and what to do about it. We expected to get guidance from our health care professionals at Kaiser. After all, that is what we have insurance for. When our son came home after the second year was over, thru various and horrible ways we found out he was abusing drugs. He agreed he had a problem and wanted help. We turned to Kaiser Addiction medicine. They put him in outpatient rehab. We felt that maybe he needed more but we had never dealt with this and did not question their “knowledge”. He attended most meetings, he did miss a few, but he drove himself to and from the meetings on his own. He wanted to be sober. After a couple of weeks, my husband and I found him unconscious and barely breathing. It was latterly the worst moment of our life. My husband performed CPR until the 911 responders arrived. They shot him in the heart with something to make his heart beat again and start breathing. He was taken to the closest hospital, not a Kaiser hospital. He was there for about 8 hours. In Feb. 2015 I was switching from farmers ins. of 19yrs to State Farm Ins. This is where i learned about (Lexis Nexis). They had two water damage claims against me. 1) dated 10-29-2012 claim amount was zero. This claim belonged to B. Hall son, and not T. Hall father (quick claim deed From father to son dated 10-2006) This item was finally removed in April 2015. 2)The second one was against me dated 2-11-13 water damage claim amount zero. This was school books taken from my vehicle in the grocery store parking lot. The school replaced the books and I canceled the claim. I have sent 11 pages to (Lexis Nexis)which have included letters from Farmers stating there was no water damage but a theft. I have had my home insurance (which my home is paid off )canceled two times March and April 2015. I am in the process of buying a home at the end of April and know I will be denied insurance again because of this in-correct posting to my Lexis Nexis account. I talked to Lexis Nexis on 4-8-15 they informed me if Farmers DID NOT correct by 4-16-15 they would drop entry of my file. I was mulled by a Pit Bull that jumped the fence and attacked me, I now have total nerve damage and am under care from this at the VA, they say after that they refuse to pay they are not liable. This insurance is under this man house through a trust, that in it self should have no bearing on the fact that his dog has put me now as a cripple. I would like to know what loop hole in this wonderful country that I live in that this can stop them from paying for all of the pain and suffering I have been going through since the 20th of September 2013. My face, neck, waist, finger broken and both legs destroyed by this animal if there is something that you can tell me that can protect them from not paying all of the costs that has accrued, I would surely appreciate it, the insurance companies don't have to pay for what the person who has it think they are covered for, then why do we carry any sort of insurance. This doesn't make any sense. I have now gone through two back operation for the nerve damage and will be going again for another in three months. My home was robbed on Christmas Eve. The thief was a friend of my sons. He brought two other men with him, one who is currently in jail for armed home invasion. The intent by the police was not to solve the issue of who robbed my house but to catch the gang member Ben Wright. Jaylen Robinson who was identified by my neighbors and the only one identified because I spoke to them all. Changed his story multiple times claiming he was not there, then was just the driver, then the look out for Ben and a Kelso ??? So at his final statement to the police with which he was given immunity for no good reason. He told officer Minter he was told by my son he could come to my house and take anything he wants. Are you kidding me, this is what the insurance detective believed to get out of paying. So according to the new rules of insurance, robbery is free as long as you say, he said I could. Further, to believe that a child would send armed men to his own home on Christmas Eve to rob his father during the normal time I arrive home from work. I am a disabled senior With a disability assitance we submitted a 99% Completed inventory of items missing from Purchase receipts from Auction, 3pg Apprsisal sheets,pictures, manuals with lot no with my name and date on the receipts . We asked for assistance and an extension with form,ACV, FRV, RV , scheduled and not scheduled all the jargon Judy Kimbke never answered one question only quoted duties after loss and my proof of loss was inadequate and inventory for 2 yrs Would never tell us anything specific after countless request Judy kimble sent a denial letter to the wrong Address . We never knew and nothing was ever mentioned on memo other than case closed Judy kimble made up 75% of her statements regarding the case that were never mentioned in letters I insisted all correspondence be in writing because of all the dishonesty I included the Federal Govt DOJ OCR ADA title 3 chapter 36 requirement for Accommodations and Modifications. Last year it was $712.48 for the hole year for home owners and now it is %889.13 it jump $176.65 Dollars a year more and I have never claim on anything in 50 years. they won't give me a answer. I had to quit the car insurance from them last year because they went up to $ll00.00 dollars a year for 2 car so I switch to Geico and saved $500 Dollars.I expected some increase but not that much...
