My home was robbed on Christmas Eve. The thief was a friend of my sons. He brought two other men with him, one who is currently in jail for armed home invasion. The intent by the police was not to solve the issue of who robbed my house but to catch the gang member Ben Wright. Jaylen Robinson who was identified by my neighbors and the only one identified because I spoke to them all. Changed his story multiple times claiming he was not there, then was just the driver, then the look out for Ben and a Kelso ??? So at his final statement to the police with which he was given immunity for no good reason. He told officer Minter he was told by my son he could come to my house and take anything he wants. Are you kidding me, this is what the insurance detective believed to get out of paying. So according to the new rules of insurance, robbery is free as long as you say, he said I could. Further, to believe that a child would send armed men to his own home on Christmas Eve to rob his father during the normal time I arrive home from work. I am a disabled senior With a disability assitance we submitted a 99% Completed inventory of items missing from Purchase receipts from Auction, 3pg Apprsisal sheets,pictures, manuals with lot no with my name and date on the receipts . We asked for assistance and an extension with form,ACV, FRV, RV , scheduled and not scheduled all the jargon Judy Kimbke never answered one question only quoted duties after loss and my proof of loss was inadequate and inventory for 2 yrs Would never tell us anything specific after countless request Judy kimble sent a denial letter to the wrong Address . We never knew and nothing was ever mentioned on memo other than case closed Judy kimble made up 75% of her statements regarding the case that were never mentioned in letters I insisted all correspondence be in writing because of all the dishonesty I included the Federal Govt DOJ OCR ADA title 3 chapter 36 requirement for Accommodations and Modifications. The assistance and extension . Never a reply To ad insult to injury Judy Kimbke notified an agency block on all my information so no one can quote a replacement policy and the reason was FRAUD There never was a discussion of ant items on the inventory or discussion of ... Last year it was $712.48 for the hole year for home owners and now it is %889.13 it jump $176.65 Dollars a year more and I have never claim on anything in 50 years. they won't give me a answer. Pioneer State Mutual insurance company Flint Michigan. I was aPassenger in my truck with full coverage insurance and was involved in rear ending a vehicle in Elmhurst, Illinois on I-294 expressway. my common law husband was driving. he also is a Pioneer Mutual insurance company vehicle policy holder and homeowners policy as well.after the accident I was feeling dizzy and my left breast was bruised. the medical adjuster had called me andrecorded my talking as she asked what happened in regards to the other party in the vehicle in front of us had took a ambulance ride.she was very strong voiced and narcissistic in her demeanor and intimidating and all of which intimidated me and broadsided me.i don't have the vocabulary skills vocally and I couldn't explain anthing very well. well this was a open door to bully me.she was told of my breast and my not feeling right,but at the time I didn't think it was necessary to go to the doctor.later I went to the ER and examined. my breast was bruised and my light headedness was due to stress and dehydration,iwas in a accident!!she had told me however that if I had any problems to let her know and go to the doctor which I did, now pioneer state mutual insurance company. Liberty mutual company is a rip off my tenant had a fire in the home I own and if was ruled an accident by his insurance company and he claimed was paid. I am the landlord and file a claim and they deny my claim stating that I was denied before on a home I rented in the past for fraud. First of the all the investigation on the first claim Denis my claim supposedly because he could not get in contact with people who could substantiate my claim. I contacted the people whom the person supposed to contact and they told me that they were never contacted. So how can you accuse me of fraud because you did do you due diligence. Now this insurance company stated that we would have never insure you If you had a previous claimed denied. I informed them of that when I made my initial payment and they contacted my current insurance company asking did I have any claims with them once the underwriter received that Information that had no trouble taking my money for entire year and half. No these insurance company are trying to label my name as fraud when not once there claims have not be proven beside what they belief. Met with Jose Cruz from Senior Life services based on the referral from a friend of mine. Worst mistake I've ever made. He was so pushy and aggressive with me. On February 19 I was involved in an auto collision in which the second vehicle was at fault. The second vehicle is insured with Allstate, policy #977640251, the second driver's Pennsylvania driver's license is #30513496, Pennsylvania State Police incident number is, E01-1640921. The All State adjuster's settlement amounted to a salvage yard price for my vehicle which he totaled. Although my vehicle is a model year 2000, it was my only source of transportation. It was maintained in top condition which is quite expensive to do. I feel that the settlement should allow me to replace the vehicle with one of the equivalent value. I spent most part of two days trying to talk with All State representatives, talking to several, only to be transferred from one to the next and or left on hold. Is there anything that could be done to render me a vehicle equal to the one I lost?... Read More
