I have Degenerate Disk Disease and Went to my Doctor ,he said I needed Surgery.So we put in for the Surgery. They would only allow for HimTo do the Fussion .He wanted to do some bone Graphing they denied that. They would give me a three day stay in hospital. So my doctor and I wrote appeals .He wrote one in Beginning of Septemmber but went to wrong Fax Number So we resubmitted in the end of December. I summit end in The beginning of January. Finally have calling the about 5 Times We Finally Got an answer. They would cover surgery but not the Hospital stay. They want be to do an In out Patient after having Surgery on my Spine.Is that the most Rediculas thing I have Ever Heard.They are always calling us about our Health tot Make sure our sugar is good but Yet Ther Going to Have Me walk Out of The Hospital after Having Surgery On my Spine.I am so fed up with Cigna.among other People.I am Ashamed to even say I,m apart of Cigna Insurance. I Have Heard a lot of Bad Stories About Cigna and now I believe Them.I Have Been Walking Round Since September in Pain it has gotten so bad I can not get out of bed in morning it hurts to sit and stand.All I Heard Is I Understand Which is a bunch of bulldinky. when talking to employees on the phone I get conflicting answers. when being transferred almost always disconnected. since we changed to Humana HMO it is worse, do we have any chance of changing our insurance plan ? many of providers do not want our insurance do not want our business, our clinic does not help us too much either. i sold my vehicle in Oct. 2012 on the 10th ... Every 3rd automatically the company would take out,,, When I walked 2 blks away. I informed the manager at Best Buy I sold my car. and he proceded to cancel. well he never gave me a copy. of cancellation however. He left it active. and 43.00 is not alot of money. but I feel they should reimburse me all of it ... instead I delt w/ another manager. he then fixed problem. then I called corporate Mendota Insurance. They had me fax dmv bill of sale & so on.... i did... i waited ... then after all of that, They have the NERVES TO PAY ME. 9.00 AND CHANGE ... OMG WHY DO I HAVE TO EAT IT .... Hello, My Insurance Co. wouldnt reinstate my policy after seven years.On October 12th i was hit by a woman and she was ticketed.My car was totaled and i was hurt a bit.I wasnt able to purchase a car till Feb.In Nov. I called Allstate to explain the situation.Allstate was told I didnt have a car and that I wouldnt need Insurance till I bought one.At that time Allstate never mentionted anything to me about the Fla. States policys.Now its Feb.and Ive bought a Car and I called Allstate back.When I called them back they told me they couldnt give me a Policy.In Nov. i never was told anything about that this would happen.Anyhow in order to get insurance i had to go with another company and pay nearly double.I used to pay 148.00 monthly and now its 277.00 for less coverage.I feel like i really was burned.The Lady was charged with the ticket,my car was totaled and it wasnt my fault for any of this.How can i do anything about this?... From the sounds of it you may have received bad advice from your agent. They should have advised you to keep your policy in force until you purchased a new vehicle. It would have cost you money while you didn't have a car, but you wouldn't have had these problems. I would keep shopping around now that you have coverage. You may find a better rate out there.

I have been insured by United Health Care for about 2 years now and have always gotten my meds with a $15.00 copay. Recently I tried to get 2 of my medications and the pharmacy stated that my insurance no longer covers it. It is very frustratindg as these insurancne companies increase the premiums and decrease benefits. What are people supposed to do that need certain medications and cant afford them so the insurance companies can get rich. The insurance company gave me no explanation as to why they they are no longer covering it and there is no alternatives that are comparable to the existing medications. What shall I do? Look for another insurance company. Even if the doctor requests this medicatiion they still wont cover it.... Read More

After several years of being a customer. My wife came into the office to pay monthly auto insurance premimum. At this time no one at this office or any other disclosed that additional premimums are due at this time. The following month at this time discovered we were droped from coverage due to the non payment of the additional premimums. Which if we were informed at the time that the payment was needed would have been a little more profesonial. As a salesman my customers are my livelyhood and are treated as such . At this time i am requesting a new agent. Or new provider. In my field attention to all your customers is the Agent,s responsibility and this was not the first time .... Read More

I had insurance through Farmer's Insurance held by Bristol West Casualty Insurance Company. I had two claims. The first claim is: Policy # G005109511, Claim Unit Number 1022342161-1-1. This is a claim on the theft of my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country. The car was found, the claim was denied unless I went to a deposition before an attorney as the insurance company demanded that I was committing fraud on my own car. The car was put in impound and sold at a loss to me of over $12,000. The second claim is: Policy # 0954731331, Claim Number 8000393422-1-1 on the theft of property from my home at 921 Pine Street, Farmington, MN. The claim was initially denied again because the insurance company was demanding and would not cooperate by giving me the information I needed to process the claim . My mother, Nancy Quaresma, worked with the insurance agency through the HelpPoint Claim Services. She was contacted from someone from HelpPoint. She requested the information from Bristol West Casualty Claims Adjuster for copies of the pictures of the stolen property that she had just taken. I am retired and on Medicare and have a supplement (American Pioneer). I have received two or three statements from United Healthcare. I have called them many times to advise them that the statement is not accurate. I might have had United Healthcare sometime in my working career, but not in the last five years. When I called United to advise them of this error they just said it wasn't important because the statement says "This is not a bill" and there was no coverage. At first I was going to just let this go, but I have recently received another statement. Unfortunately they are not interested in getting to the bottom of the problem. I told them I am concerned about this error because I have excellent credit and don't want an error to influence that credit rating. They said insurance bills do not affect credit. ONCE AGAIN, YOU CAN TELL FROM THAT REMARK THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GETTING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM FOR ME. Please assist me with this problem. Please call me to get the rest of the information. My complaint is against First Acceptance Insurance Company, Inc. of Nashville TN. Their policy holder backed into my 2012 Nissan Quest Van on November 20, 2012. After the police report was sent to them a series of long delays and unanswered phone calls and emails ensued. I contacted them several times, sending at least 2 copies of the police report they requested but in late January their agent said they did not have such copy so they based their damage claim at 50% of what their free-lance adjuster had compiled. This estimate was less than $200 of which I never received a copy, whereas my estimate from a local paint and body shop was $449 plus the cost of renting a vehicle for the time required to repair my vehicle. I received a check from Acceptance on January 30, 2013, months after the accident which I am not planning to cash until a fair settlement is offered. Their agent claimed I was partially responsible for the accident however the police report contradicts this. It clearly stated I was stationary waiting to merge into traffic and their policy holder backed into my van.
