Back in May I broke my tooth on a bone. We were to settle, but at the last minute they lied and said we did not get the Bone, They got the bone and also got the rest is my teeth because of the damge that was done, and the Dentist had to pull all my lower lower teeth. All I asked for was $1,250.00 to be fair. There were several people handling my problem. They admitted the problem, and I also forwarded the Dentist,s the Xrays and papers to go along with it.
I would think that because they lied, I should receive more comepensation. This is ridiculous. 612-222-5643

Alpha auto insurance is the Worst to deal with every time I called them it was a 12-20 min wait until I got any one on the phone and when u do get through u still have to leave a message and then they'll call u back so after they give u the run around and they try to over talk u .My auto insurance person was "" Chad Simmons" The worst adjuster ever of them all he wasn't trying to help me get my car fixed and I went to court over the accident I was found not guilty that that accident was not my fault and he still payed the other person 1300 for absolutely nothing this was on 9-9-2013 . Now for this reason I have now look for another company I should have stuck with Omni ....

hi I have a problem, I have health ins. with united health care, my wife is covered under me, she also has ins. with APWU, and I am covered under her, so we both have two ins. but the problem is that she has a brain tumor, and in need of a lot of medication, her ins. is primary, and seizure medication is very expensive, her ins (APWU)did their part, but United health care denied to pay anything, and my part for just part of a month was 113.00 and a full month was 200.00, I think that united health care should at least pick up some of the payment, thank you...

scheduled for stress test for heart issues,history of heart disease,arrived @ hospital registration,was explained options on financial responsibility,test was totaled @ 10,200 dollars,because of having PPO (ins. type)total was reduced to 7,900 of which ins.will pay 6,700 leaving me with out of pocket 1,200,if I paid it that day it would be reduced to 780 dollars.asked if I waited 30 days to pay,they said then it would be 1,200 dollars.If they can discount the total 2,300 and the out of pocket 420 dollars,why can't they eliminate out of pocket for patients. I pay 4,000 a year for insurance plus 3,000 in deductibles. I am 60 years old w/a wife that is by-polar. Worked all my life trying to save for retirement only to pay out of pocket to stay ALIVE.Thank you insurance and healthcare providers....

I received a letter in the mail yesterday stating that my bank had not paid my premium. I had called globe on the 7th of the month and gave them my new Debit card number so they would not make a mistake and charge the amount to the old card number,but that is what happened and I have been unsuccessful in contacting them to get things straightened out. I have been put on hold several times for long periods. I only have a minute phone and when the number is not toll free I am charged 10cents per minute, which can mount up very quickly....

this weekend after seeing my doctor about an internal bleeding issue I was told by my md he wanted me to get a cat scan immediately. My insurance is emblem health HIP prime HMO my doctor who is in their plan put in a referral to zwanger pesiri we got an approval but they needed a specific approval for them and even though i have used them for 5yrs happily and they are 10 min from the office we were told by Health Care Partnerships who apparently administers my plan they refused to approve zwanger even though they are a HIP/Emblem provider. forcing me to go to a plan that had an office open in bayshore but i had to get there by 1130 it was 11am and i was in miller place i practically killed myself trying to get there.
i raced to get there arriving at 1138 the provider gave me a hard time after making me wait 5 minutes starting out telling me i got there to late to be seen it was 1145 and she had to go to the other side and they couldnt guarantee me services but would try to see me in an hour and a half maybe. I left angry frustrated and clearly dissatisfied with everything that happened other than my primary who was very good i am now on the phone for 30 min trying to resolve the issue but just wanted to give people a heads up ab...

In March of 2013 I was struck on the passenger front side of my car by a policy holder with AAA Insurance. They did an improper U turn on Normal St. in Cape Girardeau,MO. The driver was given a ticket for improper Uturn and we wnt to court and he had to pay a fine and everything I had put in a claim and it was denied not understanding why I then talk to people higher in the company and still was denied. How can they do this and I wasn't at fault clearly and didn't even get a ticket. The agent handleing this claim was rude and I just don't understand??????...

I live on Sandusky Bay. When Sandy came through on Oct. 29-31 2012 we had 80 mile and hour winds and rain for 3 days. I had water comming in under my casement windows, under my patio doors and dripping through my pot lights in the ceiling. I called Erie Insurance and told them about the wind driven rain comming in and that we also lost some siding and shingles, but said we think we could fix the siding and shingles but are not sure of what water damage is expected. We didnt see any damage until I went to open the windows in the spring, and they fell apart. First I called Pella who is in a class action suit against these windows, (DONT TRUST PELLA TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY DO NOT BUY PELLA WINDOWS). Then I called Erie Insurance and placed a claim caused by Sandy wind driven rain. They used every excuse not to cover my loses even though wind and rain is covered. Now I have to have my lawyer fight this. Almost everyone on my street had damage, but ERIE INSURANCE IS DENYING MY CLAIM. DON'T BUY ERIE INSURANCE....

They also don\'t respond to claims for over a month. They promise a free 30 day trial but if you actually need to use it in that 30 day period expect to get denied.
