I have been a loyal customer of GEICO for 6+years and it does not pay to be loyal. When I had my first ever accident I was told my premiums will not be increased and sure enough they were. Now I'm paying out the wazoo for 2 cars and not to mention my home. I'm working on finding a more suitable company. And yes, when my accident took place I was treated like a criminal!
