my insurance State Farm give me a run around about my accidentwhen they\\\'re just ur from State Farm went over to the body shop first day they came out of their mouth declinesof course that is being need it to fix my vehiclethen after I picked up my vehicle pull myself my vehicle have broke down out of towndid that no is it was related to the accident I had told him a mechanic shop to go ahead and fix it later I found out that it was due to the accident I contact State Farm they started to give me the runaroundthey start saying that The Body Shop had done that work and why should they paid twice I had told them that the body shop did not do the work it was the shop out of town who done the work and I paid out of pocketI had call State Farm and let them know that the shop would not want to do with them they told me to go ahead and make sure I have all the receipts to turn in then they send a check for some parts that the shop out of town done and decline the rest of the bill they told me that it was not due to the accident because they did not tell me that I needed the old parts for them to seeI had contact 841 so many times for them not to understand what I had told them I repeat myself every time what happenedI still have mine t... I was in a car accident on April 11th 2014. It is now May 20th 2014 and I still do not have my car back. After the accident it took the adjuster a week to come and estimate the damage. It was then taken to a well known body shop in my area to be repaired. Once the car was taken apart there was of course more damage. State Farm has provided inadequate service in handling adjustments and supplements. My car should have been finished weeks ago but because of state farm being incompetent it was not. It is now finished and has been for a week and a half however I still do not have my car because state farm is holding up proper paper work that needs to be faxed over to the company that fixed my car so they can release it to me. Very, very unsatisfied with state farm and I would not recommend them to anyone.... Read More

I have homeowners insurance with Armed Forces Insurance. They are cheap and do not want to replace my roof. It has been hail damaged, wind damaged and torn by raccoons. Every time they find a way to deny the claim or make the damage costs lower or near the deductible amount. The homes all around me have had their roofs replaced and I find it appalling that the weather went around my house and only damaged the ones around me. Disgusting company. Do not use them!... I was hit by an Allstate customer in February. The person was texting and ran a stop light and hit my truck. Totally the Allstate drivers fault. The adjuster has given me run a rounds for over 3 months. They refuse to repair some damages stating that the vehicle had to many miles to repair and they could be general wear and tear. They have refused to pay tow bills, refused rental car for over 2 weeks. This is the worst company I have ever did business with. Repeatedly loose paperwork, don't return calls and constantly try to run you around.... Read More

On Feb 18th a man driving a company truck ran a stop sign and damaged the whole front section of my vehicle. Not only did he cause the accident he tried to flee the scene and was taken to jail. The companies insurance (RLI)would not provide a rental car until they reviewed the police report so we did not obtain a rental until March 1st, which was delay number 1. The claims adjuster did not show up until March 7th, delay number 2 to determine the amount of damage. On March 13th we received a check from RLI for their estimated damaged which we have not signed or cashed because the fine print on the check states STMT OF ACCT: FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT OF ALL PD CLAIMS for our vehicle. We received 2 message from Enterprise asking us to give them a call on April 1st & April 3rd. I contacted Sharif Nemley, the Claim Manager and he assured me that they would cover the rental, this is where the fraud and Rude Adjuster comes in. I let him know that I would go ahead and return the car on April 5th. The Claim Manager did not approve the supplement for actual damage until April 2nd so I still do not have my vehicle. On Monday April 7th I followed up with Mr. Nemley and he denied approving the rental and now I am stuck with a $556.24 rental bill... Read More

I am sorry for your loss. Policies do have a two year contestability clause, even if it was not suicide. The company should have provided you with the reason for denial and returned all premiums.

My father hit my 3 year old garage door. I provided 2 quotes from 2 different companies for repair/replacement of door. One quote included a bid to repair (by replacing panels) - but both quotes were to replace my garage door. I have spoken to both door companies and they both recommend replacement. Stating - if we tried to repair it, it wouldn't be right. Westfield Insurance issued a check for the repair amount. I want to be made whole. Also, the Westfield employee,Donna Forte, I dealt with - has not returned phone calls - I have left messages and requested I speak to her - as of today, 3/27/14, I have spoken to her once - and requested she call me back to discuss further - no returned call.... Wilton Reassurance Life Company of New York. I received a new bill in mail for an increase in the amount of the payment. Was $480.00 now $676.50. This is the last year of the 15 year term policy. So I called to see why the change. I was informed to the annisvery date change from March to April. I told her I never changed that date. The company had to do that. I never signed to authorize this change. Back in Jan. 2012 I filed a paper for a change in policy from smoker to non-smoker for Dennis . this is what I was told to do after he has not smoked for 3 years. And to Pay a fee of $65.00 dollars with the paper work process. In turn if oked he would have a blood test done, to make sure he is smoke free. Well He was denied the change in policy. there statement on letter (Due to medical history and prescribed medication. If you have remitted a payment , that will be returned to you under separate cover.) They took the #65.00 used $45.00 as a payment. Then sent $19.00 back as over payment. I didn't authorize this. The letter stated payment well be sent back($65.00). Dennis came down with short term dementia. This is why he couldn't smoke any more. This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor DO NOT take out a policy with this company. I had a loved one pass away and I was the beneficiary on his policy. He past away in November and I am still playing games with them to have the policy paid out. You call the same phone number and speak to a representative. They say all the paperwork is fine and the payment will be issued wait 10 days and 3 months later still no payment. When you call back they say that representive gave the wrong information and it will be fixed and to wait another 10 days. If you don\'t want your loved ones to be aggravated and frustrated after you are gone then do yourself a favor and use a DIFFERENT COMPANY. WHAT A JOKE AND A BUNCH OF SHYSTERS. My loved one payed them every month for this policy for them to play games while my family is in morning is a disgrace. Kathleen Toscione

They debited my checking account a second time for $248.67 on 3/21/2014 , the account had been paid on 3/10/2014 Confirmation number 919027. This second debit over drew my account. I started calling Health net at 9:15am and waited over a half hour to talk to some one, they looked at the account and said she needed to transfer me to some one else to correct the problem. I was transferred back to the automated operator I original went thru for another hour. When I reached a rep he said he couldn't help me and gave me another phone number, I asked for the supervisor, he said they were not in the room, I told him I would wait, then he hung up on me. I am currently helping a lady who had a fire insurance policy with Mid Century Insurance Company. She utilized a public adjuster and an attorney to help her with the loss. The insurance carrier began performance in paying but then chose to stop and deny her claim. They went on offensive to accuse her of not cooperating and doing misrepresentations which gives them the right to deny any further payment. If anyone has had a similar experience or an unfair claim handling situation occur with this insurance carrier Mid Century Insurance Company, contact my office... if there is a pattern and practice of underpaying claims based upon false accusations such as non- cooperation and misrepresentation- a class action may need to be filed against Mid Century Insurance Company and its executives...
