May of 2012 my ex husband passed away. I WAS informed first by phone called it belonged to me because my ex had went in earlier in 1997 to take me off as benifecary and added his son, and i was told it had never been processed which intitled me to the claim. Because i was legally on it. Two days later I recieved a letter which i still have, stating it again it was legally mine, they sent claim forms they told me to fill out and send back to them, which i did also. One day after this it had been turned over to another employee who was above the one who called me and she said he just poured gas anto the fire which was rude and very unprofessional. Three months later it still has not been settled. Allstate will not admit of coarse it being their fault i was told by them " maybe it got lost in the mail" haha.B ut to me even if it got lost and was not processed it would seem any agent that does their job right Astate should make all their agents in a week or 2 check on their new polices or polices that have been changed to make sure the procesing was in effect. went from state farm to allstate lower rate sent inspector out after they took money out of account for home and vehicles decided my neighbors lab dog was too mean.we have ups fedx mail men no bites. what a company. take your money,hold it,we will send it when we get ready for you to have it.... I sent email on July 31th to Bob Priest, Farmer Insurance in Claremont, California to sent me a copy of the insurance July 2012 thru 2013 and He did not sent me anything. Bank of America is requested to sent by fax a copy of the renewal certicate of the insurance. I paid every month $ 225.00 to the association included the Insurance. The Association gave on August 24 the phone of Farmen Insurance , Robert or Bob Priest, I contact many times and He said that it already sent to Bank of America, but Bank of America did not receive. The Police number is 92-79-1566-7, also I have a copies of all the email that I sent to Mr. Priest, but He did not sent me. I am a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. I was given official orders to participate in a search and rescue mission. As such I become a member of the CG and a US government employee. During the close of the mission I was loading my boat unto my trailer when I passed out from heat ehaustion and dehydration as determined my the Med Techs on site at the time. As a result, my truck and trailer struck a car and trailer also on the launch ramp. There was no personel injury. An on-scene CG officer recorded this accident and the CG paid for the repair of all damage including removing the boats and vehicles from the launch ramp. The purpose of the Federal Tort Cliams Act,Amendment 28 U.S.C.S 26799(d)(1),is to remove potential personal liability of Federal employees from common law torts committed within the scope of their employment and instead seek remedy through an action in the courts against the United States. In short sue the Government. Now I find this accident is listed on my driver record with both State Farm and 21st Century and is being used to increase my auto insurance premiums. Liberty Mutual dropped us this year after 25+ years of paying premiums with no claims. They also raised our auto insurance 30% over last year with one accident in 5 years (no injuries, one auto) with four autos covered. We're dropping auto policy and going with Hartford for auto. Citizens covered our house-less coverage, same premium. It's good to know that Liberty Mutual appreciates good paying customers. I wonder how they treat the problem customers.... Read More

I was going to get a purchase by Mark Jackson for my family and I. I cancelled the policy before it went into effect due to the fact that his significant other went through his cell phone and found some of my insurance policy info. as well as my family members in his phone. Because of her insecurities she harrased me regarding the results of my mothers policy. I am very upset at this matter and will be reporting this matter to state board A.S.A.P. This is very unprofesstional for this agent to have left my family and I information in his cell phone which his significant other claims to be her phone. I would not recomend Mark A. i am a diabetic that leaves on a plump and sensor which lets me know when my suger drops, without this i would not wake up in time. this a bad life, i am with medtronics and i am tteated with on kindness, i called them and i wait for bluecross to tell that i need the sensors. today they hurt me so bad i feel like giving up to have to beg for supplies, you would have tolive my life to feel what i feel. maybe it is to late for , i am not going to call anyone else to treated like this. i just hope all new diabetes have a better chance and a happy suppy company and a insurnce that will see there needs. i just had to help all diabetics out their that my prayers be with them. i am just to tired of begging. know need to help me i just wanted to help others have a betterchance... My wife bought a Medicare supplement policy in Nov 1997. We thought that was all she would need since she was on Medicare. Over the years we had regular increases. Her health problems began to increase over the same time. When she turned 65 we neither heard from the agent or the company that she could convert over to a Medicare supplement. All the time thats what we thought we had. Her premiums continued to go up. In June of 2012 I contacted the company to find out why they had become so expensive. As far as she was concerned it didn't matter if we lost our home as long as she had adequate insurance for the health problems she was still having. I finally heard from the company some 6 to 8 weeks later with an offer to convert that policy at her current age. It seems that she had been sold a disability medicare supplement, which the company or the agent should have contacted us about a right to convert over. Never heard from either. The premiums at age 71 were $184.95 with a bank draft. When she turned 65 we were paying $277.95 then for 11 months it was $301.95. that was 2006. 2007 and it went to $313.95 and remained that until that 4th month in 2008 when it went to $325.95. I had a policy with Progressive through a local agent, Aveco in Pooler, Ga. 31322. My fiancee's auto was totaled, he carried Dairyland through the same agent. I live on Moore Ave, Pooler and his address was Sandhill Road in Guyton, Ga. He spends time with me and with his parents. When he cancelled his policy with Dairyland the girl at Aveco said she was going to put him on my policy. He told her he was going to do something else and instructed her not to put him on my policy until she talked with me. Ignoring what he told her she slammed him onto my policy without contacting me. When I became aware of this I changed insurance companies. As far as I was concerned Aveco had broken their contract with me. I got a new carrier within a month, Progressive is threatening to ruin my credit by turning me over to a collection agency.The Progressive collector said that the law requires him to be on my policy. We are talking about $12.00. I was not contacted by my agent to let me know he was added or that I could on list him on my policy as exempt from driving my car. I intend to pay the $12. to protect my credit, but feel that Aveco should reimburse me for their bad business practices.... Read More
