I work for an automobile dealership as an insurance enforcer on customers to keep their vehicles insured. We are the lienholders to over 1000 vehicles. The problem is that PROGRESSIVE is the only company that will not provide the lienholder with advance notice that the insurance coverage is going to cancel. We have experienced numerous losses and would like to voice our problem that is only with PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE. The lienholders should have the right to protect their interests as well as the insured. I have conversed with various managers with PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE about this lack of notification and their response is "Sue Us"
