Esurance refused to pay what should be paid by them, and mistreated its client with ridiculous reasons. This company denied claim by rewriting the estimate and made the balance under deductible amount, what they do is just to cheat their client.... Read More

almost 6 months to get the money on the house and some contain and they cut out a whole lot of our stuff and they won't answer our phones and text and they didn't pay anything ion clear up on the property and they have never rebuise us for the stuff that we replace and it been since march 24 2018 since we hear from them and they said they was going to cut us a check out end of that week and they didn't paid the fire department over 9 months . One person asked me which address did I mailed it to and I told her the billing address in Tennessee. She said I need to send it to the Atlanta address. I should have paid attention to the many elderly church members at my church, who have been hoodwinked by Liberty Mutual Insurance. As a Veteran who fought for this country, and a Gold Star Family Member, I am getting treated like the lowest scum on this earth by Liberty Mutual. I don’t expect them to act honorably with my claim. I don’t expect them to make it right with the oldest African-American members in my church. This insurance company is complicity with their adjusters to swindled, deceived, and duped consumers under the guise of racist discrimination, and not paying litigable claims. The adjusters (Mr. Keith Ramirez) got of his car looked around and said, “I smell a rat, you people are always up to something for free!” On the claim, I have paid my contractor half down, and now, the contractor trying to put a lien on my property for the balance. Liberty Mutual doesn’t care. They keep giving me the run around hoping I will simply forget about the claim. This incident with Mr. Ramirez isn’t isolated, get them to consider showing his personnel file unless his supervisor has given him cover already by hiding it. February 5, 2016 - 2.14pm Insurance coverage canceled by Healthcare.gov representative under ObamaCare Act - UnitedHealth care provider. Receive Insurance card from UnitedHealth care package within the mail showing coverage of health coverage and details concerning detail coverage of health plan. April 13, 2016 - Assuming all is well with the health provider and coverage I contacted Healthcare.gov due to notification of cancel health policy. Representative Susan Lake did not give me a reason for why the policy was canceled. The date is Wednesday, April 13, 2016, 1.02 pm. April 14, 2016 - Contact Healthcare.gov representative Obamacare.gov - Healthcare.gov - Larry Cross - ID number 1937840507 cannot give me any information regarding cancellation nor if I had an active health care policy. Transfer the call to Corey Massey - Supervisor - reinstate policy and gave her contract number once I had her repeat the number wrong numbers were repeated. I have an HO6 policy with SUSSEX INSURANCE COMPANY out of South Carolina. There is a provision for covering up to $2,000 when a Special Assessment is levied against ALL condo unit owners. My hurricane coverage is with Citizens Insurance Company. I did not sustain any damage to my unit by a storm. One building of our in the complex had damage to a roof by Hurricane Mathew. After months the insurance company covered the cost of the roof that was damaged. Since the same material was no longer available, a Special Assessment was made to pay for the cost of a new roof on another building for $2750, which was the balance remaining each unit after the roof reserves were utilized. I provided Sussex company adjuster with Florida law regarding a Special Assessment. They are denying the claim, calling it hurricane damage. I have spoken with an attorney about this matter and he agrees I have a valid claim. Fortunately my policy came up for renewal 12/16 and I was able to obtain an insurance policy through AAA at a lower cost with a higher rated company. I would NOT recommend Sussex Insurance Company to anyone.... Read More

I have maligned patellas. I have tried non invasive methods of dealing with them since 1999. I have had gel injections, steroid injections, physical therapy,arthroscopy lateral release. In 2013 my right knee was so painful it was crippling me. United healthcare was terrific and Mayo clinic did a patellofemoral arthroplasty on it. The results were fabulous. Now 2017 and the left knee is very painful. Aetna has refused to allow me any surgical relief. I wish I could show you the picture of my knee!! It's so bad!!... Read More

GEICO'S TOWING SERVICE IS NOT WORTH ONE PENNY BECAUSE THE BUSINESSPEOPLE WHO CONTRACT WITH GEICO TO PROVIDE SERVICES WILL NOT COME TO THE AIDE OF THE DRIVER BECAUSE GEICO TAKES TOO LONG TO PAY THESE CONTRACTED PEOPLE (TOW TRUCK COMPANIES AND LOCK OUT SERVICES, ETC.) A YEAR AND ONE HALF AGO i HAD A BLOW OUT ON A BUSY FREEWAY. I WAS ALONE AND IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT. I CALLED GEICO AND THE LADY WHOSE JOB IT IS TO SECURE A TOW TRUCK FOR GEICO CLIENT SPENT OVER ONE HOUR TRYING TO GET A TOW TRUCK SERVICE TO AGREE TO COME TO MY SERVICE. THE REASON (THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TOLD ME THIS AS WELL AS THE GEICO EMPLOYEE) IS THESE CONTRACTERS BOYCOTT GEICO CALLS FOR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY HAVE PROBLEMS WITH GETTING GEICO TO PAY. FINALLY THE GEICO EMPLOYEE CAME BACK ON THE PHONE AND SAID SHE FOUND ONE DRIVER WHO WOULD COME BUT ONLY IF I WOULD PAY HIM CASH AND THEN I WOULD HAVE TO GET REIMBURSED. THAT IS WHAT I HAD TO DO.
