is been since 09/10/2011 my house got burn and I had to get out of my house the county red tag it and I had no where to go they send me to a hotel with all my children and even when the county told them that the property needed to be build fro the bottom to the top with permits and plans to start a new house and office the insurance still made their own judgment to just paid some moneys to repair some of the property now the property is not there is just a clean lot and the county still sending me orders of compliance and fines I can paid because I have to paid my loan an the apartment I live at this time and I have no help from anybody farmers insurance had been my insurance for very loan time and now that I need there response I only get nothing the agents from there department that took my claim said he was gong to paid or make a check of what ever he want it to and that was it still I am no where at all with this department no house and more fines to paid to the county I have a hearing to comply with the property for clean up and no answer from them can someone help or gave me an advise on regards this please thanks.... I work for the State of Michigan. Citizens Managementis my Policy Holder for both my Workers Comp Insurance and my Long Term Disability Insurance.I was Injured on the job so I filed a workers Comp claim and was immediately denied even though it's a reinjury that the insurance company paid for before. I was not pleased so I filed a claim with my Long Term Diability Insurance company and was immediately denied. Even though I pay for my long term disability insurance, I was denied because Citizens management holds both policies (I think this is a conflict of Interest). When I threatened to report them my claims adjuster ask me to send in my claim again and I was approved for 10 Months. After ten months of paying my wages Citizens ManagementC decides to send me to a So Called Independent Doctor(Independent of me but Totally dependent on Citizens Management to be paid for the examination and the medical report) so I have been denied disability coverage again even though my Doctors deem me unable to do my jobbecause of my injuries.My Employer has since then Layed off my whole department soI find myself Injured and Layed off from my jobI worked for 25 years,I can't draw unemployment because I can't work with a back injury.I have no inc... Marvin Immerso was involved in Accedent on 03-19-2013. Ronald Dale was travely on hwy 111 in cathedral City ca. and failed to stop at a stop light, and ran right in to the back of our 2003 Lexus worth 15000.00. The esitmated milage per hour that ronald hit marvin at was about 50 miles an hour. Mr. Dale insurance called us immediatly (Allstate) and be Kelly whom did the liablity health side started asking marvin a bunch of questions regarding marvin physical activity outside of this accident. making small talk to marvin by asking what kind of hobbies did marvin enjoy...he said of course dirt bike riding skate boarding and surfing. She than said so yopur a pretty fit man....of course he said yes.....at the determinatiopn she told marvin that she would be sending marvin a 1500.00 in a couple of days and than there after sending him 4 payments of 1500.00 every two weeks. to please fillout the form that was arriving with the check and mail it back to her, well he recieved 1 check for 1500 and that was it . When he called her and asked about he other payments she promised she acted like she had no idea what he was talking about. and said she would be sending him 1 payment for 420.00 and that he shouldnt contact her any longer that h... I parked my car in front of my home Saturday night .And someone smashed in to it Sunday morning ,Then drove off .Leaving back back of my car smashed in .report it to GMAC after the police got there ,GMAC tells me they aren't doing anything for me because it was a hit and run, I have vandalized protection on my policy .The car was park then someone smashed it . Then drove away seems like that would be vandalizing my car ,The damage is $3000 ,I have been with GMAC for 20 years and have paid them every month for 20 years don't know why they are giving me trouble about this but I'm not happy at all about how they are handling this and they will loose a customer after 20 years i know i have paid them enough money to help me when i need it from them but seems they don't thing i matter as a customer .... Due to the Fact that Presko Insurance are liars, and misleading, I'm turning you in to the Better Business Bureau, I'm contacting my lawyer, Nick Presko is nothing more than unprofessional liar, furthermore Your company did NOT have permission to raise my rates 100% twice since April stating (liar Nick Presko) and lying about the company's rate change was across the board. Then Nick LIED again when asked why the people that I know that have the same company, and no increase he stated, There rates will change when the policy renews, or really Liar, than how come you changed my rate three times in less than six months with the same NICK PRESKO lie. I have repeatedly submitted claims from a compounding pharmacy. These claims are being denied despite the insurance company HAVING all of the information they say they need to pay them. Appeals and complaints have gone nowhere. Anthem Blue Cross is RIPPING PEOPLE OFF by making them pay for compounded medications, no matter what/how much information is provided, and the process is egregiously difficult and time consuming to even try to get reimbursement!... Maria, We understand your frustration, but please refrain from posting profane language. You should contact a reputable public adjuster to look into this for you. Without reading the policy we cannot advise you on whether or not they are giving you the benefit of the doubt, but a good adjuster can figure that out rather quickly.

I have spent three months living in a chaotic environment during the worst time of my surgical recovery while caring for my children. I had my Achilles tendon repaired in February from a complete tare and the recovery has been difficult and due to the negligence of MEEMIC, it has been nearly impossible. My kitchen was almost completely removed from the flood damage as you can see from the pictures and I was forced to move back into my uninhabitable home; I was told that my housing expenses would not cover anything past the mitigation. Additionally, nothing has been done to provide me with any ability to make the home habitable and my additional living expenses have been withheld. I have been trying to cook as much as I can with a griddle and very small microwave that I purchased after the flood. Last week I broke down and bought laundry tub so I could at least have running water in my kitchen area. Since February I have been doing dishes and clean up from the bathroom while disabled (cast, crutches, rolling knee scooter, and eventually walking boot). Having to buy partially prepared meals, limited items, and eating out a lot has put a financial and emotional hardship on me and my children. I have been compliant with everything... Read More

Flood insurance relating to superstorm Sandy and our primary residence since 1968. From The claim filed the early AM after the occurrence, it has been one night mare after another to the point that 7 months after we still have no answers. The initial complaint started with the "oops" when the company failed to assign an adjuster in the timely manner they were supposed to do, resulting in our claim being at the bottom of the list. Then contact was made with what I now consider a totally incompetent adjuster (as well as other contacts on the flood team)who made promises of $5000.00 start , as if this did anything, the heating system and electrical was over$11,000. This number does not include the restoration or remediation process. It was 6 weeks before we to received above promised funds. In the meantime we are working all daylight hours plus trying to get our daughter and grandchildren back. We felt it was as bad as it could get and then came the adjuster, George Echols, which made it horrendous. He gave us so much misinformation that it became necessary to gat a public adjuster! I bought Long Term Care Insurance from Genworth Financial (then called GE Capital) 13 years ago. Since I had cared for my mother and knew the importance of this type of converage, I knew it was something that I would need in the future. By purchasing it at a younger age, I was locking in a lower premuim. I purchased their best coverage. My yearly premium is due in July of each year. I have now received a letter stating that my premium is increasing by 25%! How can a company, in any kind of good conscience, impose an increase that high? Now that I am getting to an age, 62, where I may actually need this coverage, they are increasing the premium to a point where my abaility to keep paying it is definately in question. I have paid $2145 per year since age 49. It was a stretch to make the payments all these years and now they are making it impossible. This type of premium increase should be illegal.... Read More
