My husband was in an accident 8 months ago, we have a $3000 medical bill that Kemper will not pay. We have been trying to get Kemper to care about us for this long!! They are nothing but disgustinly rude and frustrating and we can not believe that they would rather lose out on the tens of thousands of dollars from us being their customers than pay this $3000 bill. All we get are voicemails and no one ever calls us back. When we do get a person, they refuse to let us speak to someone who will actually care, and give us a run around with different numbers to call which of course all lead to voicemail. They're advertising that you are safe with Kemper but it is a load of crap. They do NOT care about you one bit. Do not be fooled by their false advertising!!... Read More

I am a small business, and I had taken out loss-of-income insurance with OneBeacon. In April 2011, my entire state was hit with 10 F-5 tornadoes. While my business was not directly hit, one of the tornadoes took out the entire electric grid in the Northern half of the state. There were 60,000 people without electricity for 6 days. Of course, I couldn't operate without electricity, and I lost at least $5000 directly because of this. But OneBeacon denied my claim, saying that it didn't cover downed power lines. Technically, there were no downed power lines anywhere near my business. It was a massive disaster which affected the power grid. I have been unable to find an attorney to take my case. I think not only are they wrong in denying the claim, but they also represent bad faith. I immediately switched insurance companies and am now paying cheaper premiums for better coverage, but we are still feeling the effects of their refusal to pay.... Read More

After 9 years and no claims STATE FARM says they will not renew my homeowners insurance. They are doing this to many people in South Brooklyn because they said we are due for hurricane. I didn't know they have a crystal ball, why don't they give me the lotto numbers. A close friend who had their insurance for 30 years (with NO CLAIMS) was also dropped from STATE FARM. Let's show STATE FARM that Brooklyn does not need them. If you have STATE FARM switch now before they drop you and leave you hanging.... Read More

I had flexible Premium Adjustable insurance since 1995. Started with a payment of $100.00 dollars the after a few years, asked to pay $200.00, then $215.00 Now that I reached 90 years old, they have asked for $486.00, then a year later $1286.00. Now I got a letter if I didn't pay $2,069.00 by August 24th, and start to pay $571.00 a month, my policy with expire. I have been on the phone several times trying to negotiate, but they say that we have the cost of the insurance to pay. We have a total of $41,078 paid into it. They have played with my money all these years, and I have nothing to show for it.... Read More

I filed a claim for damage on 13 Aug, and was asked and agreed to take car to Ussa preferred vendors, True-to-Form, which was less than 7 mins from my residence. They appraisal there look at the damaged wheels, and stated he would try to locate a replacement, but indicated he maybe unable to find them. He Stated that, if that was the case, he would replaced them, I had a good insurance company, and they typically would authorize him to do that. He then gave me his business card and instructed to contact them and have them fax the cost of a replacement, if it existed or cost of replacing the rims. I did as he Suggested, and have no idea, what has gotten things to this point. It appears that Ussa thinks I am demanding they replace all four rims, which I am not! However, there suggestion of replacing two wheels On one side is unacceptable as well! There vendor introduced the idea of replacing all wheels, and now I feel I am being portrayed as a customer demanding something, they initially suggested. I want them To pay me a fair price for my claim, and I will find a replacement or a comparable set of rims for my Vehicle. This is why you never want to go to a prefered shop that an insurer suggests you go to for repairs. These shops have agreements with insurers. They have to do repairs for less than a quality shop does in order to be a prefered shop. When they are a prefered shop they cut corners to make up the difference the insurer makes them concess. In the end the customer loses. The next time you have a claim look for a shop that has no ties to an insurance company, and you will get treated fairly and end up with a quality repair.

I am passing out and need medical help. My Dr. Dr. Walter Black has tried to admit me to a hospital for special test, United Health refuse, saying I need other test first. I can not do anything. cooking walking, setting and even swiming. i just blacik out, like when blood is bein taken. I have tipped my cart over and fell out of a chair. I have a not on my head, I have a very sore rib and a twisted foot. What else has to happen. The health insurance is called MedSave and it is through Florida Hospital. I have been insured since Feb 2012 and in March 2012 they started a pre existing investigation. I was not concerned because their was and is no pre existing. However, they have been delaying the investigation and will not give me any idea of when it will be over. It is now Aug. and I really have no insurance because I can't do anything until this investigation is over. I called them almost every day for the past week bacause I am tired of this. They will not give me a time line or a dead line or any information. They say that a supervisor will call me back but I have never received a single call from them.... Read More

May of 2012 my ex husband passed away. I WAS informed first by phone called it belonged to me because my ex had went in earlier in 1997 to take me off as benifecary and added his son, and i was told it had never been processed which intitled me to the claim. Because i was legally on it. Two days later I recieved a letter which i still have, stating it again it was legally mine, they sent claim forms they told me to fill out and send back to them, which i did also. One day after this it had been turned over to another employee who was above the one who called me and she said he just poured gas anto the fire which was rude and very unprofessional. Three months later it still has not been settled. Allstate will not admit of coarse it being their fault i was told by them " maybe it got lost in the mail" haha.B ut to me even if it got lost and was not processed it would seem any agent that does their job right Astate should make all their agents in a week or 2 check on their new polices or polices that have been changed to make sure the procesing was in effect. went from state farm to allstate lower rate sent inspector out after they took money out of account for home and vehicles decided my neighbors lab dog was too mean.we have ups fedx mail men no bites. what a company. take your money,hold it,we will send it when we get ready for you to have it.... I sent email on July 31th to Bob Priest, Farmer Insurance in Claremont, California to sent me a copy of the insurance July 2012 thru 2013 and He did not sent me anything. Bank of America is requested to sent by fax a copy of the renewal certicate of the insurance. I paid every month $ 225.00 to the association included the Insurance. The Association gave on August 24 the phone of Farmen Insurance , Robert or Bob Priest, I contact many times and He said that it already sent to Bank of America, but Bank of America did not receive. The Police number is 92-79-1566-7, also I have a copies of all the email that I sent to Mr. Priest, but He did not sent me.
