• PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Reimbursement
• General - I feel abused by this company

I changed insurance companies because I was given a lower rate I changed from a company I had been with over 10 years I had been paying 312 a month Allstate was 298. For five cars. I had been paying 312.for four cars When I made my first payment it changed to 324. When I called to complain Richard told it me it was because I added my daughter, the estimate I asked for should have included her. I don't know how it has gone from 324- 356. Without me knowing. Since they were taking it out of my checking account. Now they took 476. And are telling me the state gave them a rate increase.
