MY NAME IS ALONZO I,M A 72YEAR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN.ON AUGUST 14TH 2015 I,FILD A CLAIM WITH PROGRESSIVE AUTO INSURANCE FOR BODY DAMAGE ON MY 2012 CHRYSLER 200.ON AUGUST14TH 2015,A FEMALE CLAIM ADJUSTER CONTACTED ME AND SET A CLAIM DATE FOR AUGUST 21 2015 TO COME AND INSPECT MY AUTO.HOWEVER,THE CLAIM ADJUSTER DID NOT SHOW UP NOR,CALLED ME AT ALL.ON AUGUST22ND 2015 I CONTACT PROGRESS INSURANCE COMPANY.HOWEVER.ONCE I, EXPLAINED WHAT HAD TRANSPIRED IN THIS MATTER TO A CUSTOM SERVICE FEMALE AGENT.I, EXPLAIN I,WAS,NOT,HAPPY AND TOLD THIS AGENT I WAS GETTING ANOTHER INSURANCE CARRIER.I,CANCELED MY INSURANCE ON AUGUST 22ND 2015 HOWEVER,FOR UNKNOWN REASONS.THIS AGENT FALSIFIED THE DATE TO AUGUST 21TH,2015.TO FIX A FORGERY DATE TO FIT THEIR PURPOSES.SHE ALSO,TOLD ME I GOT TO PAY THEM $45.00 FOR CANCELLING MY INSURANCE.I EXPLAINED THAT THEY COMPANY VIOLATED THE CONTRACT THREW MISREPRESENTATION AND MISLEADING BY FILING INCORRECT DATES ON THIS ISSUES.I SPOKE WITH A SUPERVISOR,I EXPLAINED THE SAME MATTER TO HER.SHE TOLD ME I WAS THE ONE THAT SET AUGUST 21TH 2015 FOR THE CLAIM ADJUSTER TO COME OUT TO MY HOME.I,TOLD HER I DID NOT SET THE DATE FOR THE CLAIM ADJUSTER TO COME OUT.THE SUPERVISOR CHECKED THE CLAIM ADJUSTER NOTES THAT WAS BLANK.THE SUPERVISOR ALSO,TOLD ME I,HAD TO PAY A $50.OO CANCELLATION FEE I TOLD THE SUPERVISOR SHE SET A $50.00 FEE,HER COWORKER SET A CANCELLATION FEE OF $45.00. AFTER TALKING WITH BOTH AGENTS AND THEY WAS AWARE THAT I,M PAYING $900.00 TO HAVE SPOTS PAINTING DID ON MY CAR THEY WILL NOT GET A PENNY OUT OF ME..(415)583-1502
