- General - I feel abused by this company
I was told by Allstate that they did not take my payment for November and instead November and December payment out 8 days before Christmas!! I asked them to back my payment up 2 days after it was due in November. A corporation that big would have a full time IT department that takes care of this 8 hours a day!! I got nothing but excuses and we can take whatever we want whenever we want out of your acct!! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH ALLSTATE!! YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF

Allstate is the worst insurance company I've ever had DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY TOOK $275.00 OUT OF MY ACC WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION! a month ago ...still waiting for my money will call my bank...
