• Underwriting - Cancellation

i recently received a cancellation notice from citizens property insurance corp. of floride. the reason they gave was,,,, failure to provide proof of repairs of prior clain fron my previous ins. carrier that occurred last year...
my question is,,,,can they legally do that??
