10/04/2015 Flood in South Carolina-inside my neighborhood-my SUV got flooded-motor was not working
10/10/2015 -the Vehicle was towed -finally- by the insurance company
10/22/2015- Alan Jackson, insurance adjusted-refuses to pay the flood-blames the Chevrolet for the problems of the auto.
Refuses to extended the car lease that we are using, demanding to return the vehicle, because Geico will not continue to pay.
10/23/2015 SUV it is still at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet/Cadillac in highway 501-no repairs have been made.

We don't have a vehicle to move my family of 5.
