I had a condo rental policy with Nationwide for 2 years.
I informed them at the start this was for a rented unit, but
they cancelled my policy because I would not switch my homeowners policy and other business to them. I was supposedly
sent a letter a year ago, but never received it and when I called the agent more than a dozen times to inquire about my
renewal they failed to call me back until I contacted another
agent. They had a record of my calls and lied about notifying
me.
