as a auto dealer we must verify customers insurance. my customer 7 days ago changed her policy status removing a 2003 merceds and adding a new purchase 2010 toyota corolla the policy number is 985518649 effective 8/13/12 we the sellars and the lienholder Independent Dealers Advantage have been trying to verify all this time we have faxed and email documents that say the vechile is covered yet your lienholder line and then I tried to contact the agency (Mikford agy) phone # 7063352600 the hung up on me. Ms Sims is about to have her loan recended by the bank and be with out a car and no one at Allstate seams to care John Tate Auto Loan Associates
