This company swapped coverage rates on my two vehicles and put me at a much higher rate. i paid my insurance for six months in advance.i bought a new car in may and they sent a bill for increased premium which i paid.i bought a new truck in july and they sent another bill for increased premium which i paid.then they swapped coverage on both vehicles (both have same coverage except truck is insured at a lot less mileage because it is hardly driven)this swap made both policies go up and they sent me two more bills which i paid.then i called them and found out they had swapped the coverage and told them to fix back.they sent me back 12 dollars on truck after i paid over 90 dollars on the two bills sent.on my car they sent another bill for 118 dollars.at this point i called another insurance company and was quoted a rate of 50 percent cheaper then i was being charged.i canceled both policies on july 19.they sent a check on the 23 for 197 dollars on my car after i paid over 800 dollars (had used 3 months/half of premium).i did not recieve anything on my truck.i have called over 15 times since july 23 and as of today august 25 policy is still not cancelled and have not been reinbursed.every time i call the agent i am told that the zone office is behind schedule (but they canceled and reimbursed on the car)and the agent says they will find out why the hold up and call back.they have never called me back.i dont know what else to do but am very frustrated and tired of calling them over and over.
