• Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

I have a condo unit covered by home owners association. I have also insurance with triple a. My frustration when both insurance are juggling me, home owners decline my claim and other insurance triple a, insisted that home owners are held responsible, when I'm claiming for a water heater damage. I'm still hanging in the air. I have been very cooperative. But still they delayed my claim. I need help fom any suggestion to expedite my claim :( !
