Infinity Assurance Insurance Co. My policy expired 9/20/2013.
In late August, 2013 I called to cancel due to moving out of state and they were requesting too much $ to keep them as insurance co. They required at least five days for cancellation, I gave them more than 15 days. In the meantime I got new insurance, something told me to call Infinity to confirmed cancellation; found out that they had already process payment for renewal. Why??????? Its beyond me. A good reason not to do automatic payment from account. I had to get some medication and was unable to do so because of my zero balance. Naturally I am going to have to fight for my reimbursement.
