  • General - I feel abused by this company

I was rear ended by a Met life insured Driver, filed with Met Life the middle of August TODAY I am still waiting to get my car fixed, they told me I can not have a rental until they speak to their insured!!!! Who is clearly Ignoring them! I call and Call and the Claim Agent does not return my calls! I have a Police Case number stating the situation and they still will not fix my car or give me a rental until they talk to the insurance holder!!! I have no clue where to go from here but this is highly frustrating, I feel its pretty cut and dry, he hit me when I was stopped! DO I sue them both?
