• Claim Handling - Unsatisfactory Settlement/Offer

denial of payment by IMG, on Emergency room and overnight hospital charges on complain of dizziness and headache . (Dec,26, 2013 hospital bill over $30,000)

first appeal in July 2013 and insurance company reply , turned down majority of the payments related to hypertension & head ache but granted small payment related to dizziness and chest pain .

I am seeking legal help to submit 2nd appeal for the rest .
