• Underwriting - Refusal to Insure
• Claim Handling - Rude/Abusive Adjuster

Alpha auto insurance is the Worst to deal with every time I called them it was a 12-20 min wait until I got any one on the phone and when u do get through u still have to leave a message and then they'll call u back so after they give u the run around and they try to over talk u .My auto insurance person was "" Chad Simmons" The worst adjuster ever of them all he wasn't trying to help me get my car fixed and I went to court over the accident I was found not guilty that that accident was not my fault and he still payed the other person 1300 for absolutely nothing this was on 9-9-2013 . Now for this reason I have now look for another company I should have stuck with Omni .
