• Claim Handling - Denial of Claim

In March of 2013 I was struck on the passenger front side of my car by a policy holder with AAA Insurance. They did an improper U turn on Normal St. in Cape Girardeau,MO. The driver was given a ticket for improper Uturn and we wnt to court and he had to pay a fine and everything I had put in a claim and it was denied not understanding why I then talk to people higher in the company and still was denied. How can they do this and I wasn't at fault clearly and didn't even get a ticket. The agent handleing this claim was rude and I just don't understand??????
