I received a letter in the mail yesterday stating that my bank had not paid my premium. I had called globe on the 7th of the month and gave them my new Debit card number so they would not make a mistake and charge the amount to the old card number,but that is what happened and I have been unsuccessful in contacting them to get things straightened out. I have been put on hold several times for long periods. I only have a minute phone and when the number is not toll free I am charged 10cents per minute, which can mount up very quickly.
