Coverage Type: Homeowners Insurance

• General - I feel abused by this company

I sent email on July 31th to Bob Priest, Farmer Insurance in Claremont, California to sent me a copy of the insurance July 2012 thru 2013 and He did not sent me anything. Bank of America is requested to sent by fax a copy of the renewal certicate of the insurance. I paid every month $ 225.00 to the association included the Insurance. The Association gave on August 24 the phone of Farmen Insurance , Robert or Bob Priest, I contact many times and He said that it already sent to Bank of America, but Bank of America did not receive.
The Police number is 92-79-1566-7, also I have a copies of all the email that I sent to Mr. Priest, but He did not sent me.
