The health insurance is called MedSave and it is through Florida Hospital. I have been insured since Feb 2012 and in March 2012 they started a pre existing investigation. I was not concerned because their was and is no pre existing. However, they have been delaying the investigation and will not give me any idea of when it will be over. It is now Aug. and I really have no insurance because I can't do anything until this investigation is over. I called them almost every day for the past week bacause I am tired of this. They will not give me a time line or a dead line or any information. They say that a supervisor will call me back but I have never received a single call from them.
