I worked at a company called SAPA Extrusions i got hurt at work and didnt noyice anything until the next day i called Jane Larson and told her that i was hurt and that i had to get it taken care of took a week off went back to work feeling good with light duty. Never was put on light duty and was hurt and the end of that work week went into the office and told them that my back locked up again she told me that i could not use workers comp and being there over a year did not want to rock the boat and said well i can use my insurance Jane said that was ok. Filed a claim no#1662414 Kathlene Johnson handled my case and did nothing to help me she told me that she thought i was faking and i would not get paid untili did a physical test. I took the test and my back lite up so much pain i called everybody and yelled at them saying that was the most stupid thing to make me do.They paid three checks, Kathlene Johnson transfered my case to Bonnie Dube and they canceled my claim. I filed an appeal and was granted an appeal 45 more days,Jane Larson told me that if i did not give them a doctors release they could no longer hold my job Icalled liberty mutual and told them that i needed a answer on my claim and they told me i quit and the claim was stopped. I owed chiropractor child support so i looked for attorneys in the town of yankton to suoix falls nothing so i had to repersent my self in workers comp case. The stand in corrupt lawyer named Hageman and they told me phone record were inadmissable and then they site cases that have nothing todo with my case they couldnt spell my name right on the final desision written by a Micheal McNight Boyce Greenfeild Pashby & Welk liberty mutual paid them to defend the company that hurt me and obstructed me from getting treatment so in the end they could keep me away from my daughter and then put her on the internet. So my advise to anyone who does business with SAPA Extrusions in Yankton SD you are supporting terriosts if you have any policy you are a sucker I paid for the best policy and paid them over a year and when time came for them to help me honor thier policies they paid an attorney to prevent me from getting treatment WHATS YOUR POLICY? take the money and run OH YEA IF YOU LET LIBERTY MUTUAL HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE ELECTIONS WATCH THEM STEAL THEM TOO AND WATCH THEY WILL PLAY STUPID If I were president I would pass a law that your insurance could not listen to the company when they a injuried person quits Maybe they should ask and when I tlod them that I have insurance why would I quit. This has been an ongoing thing 8/08 is when i was hurt and i have been slowly fall behind everything Lost my timeshare thats whats thier policy is and maybe the money the paid the hagemenwas left over from all thier commericals BOYCOTT LIBERTY MUTUAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!BOYCOTT LIBERTY MUTUAL DOWN WITH CORRUPT INSURANCE COMPANIES TOO BIG TO BE BREAK THEM UP GOVERNMENT CONTROL AND ARREST THE CEOS AND SO CALLED BOARDOF TRUSTEES MORE LIKE BOARD OF COMPLICIT WHATS THIER POLICY IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DENY THE CLAIMS WITH INCOMPETENT WORKERS, SUPPORT THE GOLF PROGRAMS I SAY THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER OWN OR SPONCER ANY SPORTING EVENT AND ALL THIER BOOKS ARE TO BE AUDITED WITH ALL THAT SAID BLUE CROSS KEPT CALLING ME AND TRIED TO HELP AS MUCH AS THEY COULD SO I HAVE RESPECT FOR BLUE CROSS BUT LIBERTY MUTUAL SCREW YOU MAY EVEYONE READ THIS AND GET IT TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE SO I CAN FINISH THEM LIKE THEY TRIED TO DO ME. special thanks to Subeck,Arens,Jonke, Hosmer,Stephens,judge Rushe who was appointed by a criminal and showes that corruption works in the SD courts system enablers to child porn and then they are COWARDS YES COWARDS BUT ALL THIS COULDNT BE DONE WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE DIRECTOR OF PERSONAL OF YANKTON COUNTY DAN SCHENK AND FAMILY STILL ALL COWARDS BATTLE ON OR SHOULD I SAY RUMBLE YOUNG MAN RUMBLE
