  • Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays
  • General - I feel abused by this company

I was in an accident on December 22, 2011. After starting a claim, I was unable to reach my adjuster and after leaving numerous messages I did not have any of my calls returned. I've been bounced around their IVR, disconnected, placed on hold for extended periods of time and all without processing my claim and repairing my vehicle.
