On 27th August 2012 we had a lot of rain from tropical storm Isaac which caused a lot of flooding in Port St. Lucie. The sewage back-up into my property and flooded the house. The Citizens adjustor came out to the property on Thursday 30th August 2012. She spent about thirty minutes taking pictures of the damages. Three days later she called me from her office and told me that the insurance company wouldn't be coving my damages.

Don, We attempted to reach you by email. If you need an adjuster in your area we can assist. Let us know. We believe this should be a covered peril, but an inspection by your own adjuster is needed.
