Mike Jolin of Geico Insurance did not follow proper procedures by disclosing to me that I could take my car to any body shop of my choice for repairs. No estimate was given to me as to what was going to be fixed and cost. Never listened to anything that I had to say in regards to the damage or the repairs. I called his boss Bob Gabriel about this complaint and he of course sided with Mike as to not break up this back door repair service they have on the side and then I called his boss Eli Rivera and no call was returned. I would NEVER EVER buy Geico Insurance, and Watch out if you have a claim through Geico.
