My son was killed in january 1,2012 his job claims he did not have a beneificary. I know that he told me that I was his beneificary and if anything every happened to him that i was the beneificary.I knew that he had more than one policy. But they only told me about one I just was told to day by Metlife worker that he had four policies today is 12-5-12 i feel no one will listen to me.So now they are using my grandsons as the beneificary and saying that the older will recieve more than the younger. How are they coming up with this? My son has family. Its like no one has say but the employer and the Insurance co .I Need someone to sit and talk with me so i can explain ever thing that I know. I feel there is Fraud in this situation
