In March 2014, my car was crashed by someone other than myself and they took a very long time to come out and look at the car. They changed my worker about 5 times and the first person they gave me as an adjuster, I was calling and leaving messages for a month before someone finally told me they were no longer with the company. They never got back to me about the claim and every time I talked to someone they told me that they were going to go into review and get back to me. Up until this day, no one has ever contacted me back. I was leasing the car and still owing $13,000 on the car. They took too long to appraise the car and it sat in towing for about 5 months. When they finally went out the towing company would not allow anyone to look at the car unless $1000 was paid. The car ended up being salvaged and now I have a $13,000 debt on my credit report.
