• General - I feel abused by this company

I was hit by a car in a parking lot. I was walking.
State Farm is the insurance company of the lady who hit me. I have a claim number but get sent to places where State Farm isn't there anymore. Several times.
I have been given numbers to call but they are just part of the run around .I am almost deaf. I am out of the hospital and through with physical therapy. Should I just give up and get a lawyer?
