  • PolicyHolder Service - Inadequate Service
  • PolicyHolder Service - Delays/No Response
  • Claim Handling - Delays upon Delays

when talking to employees on the phone I get conflicting
answers. when being transferred almost always disconnected.
since we changed to Humana HMO it is worse, do we have any chance of changing our insurance plan ? many of providers do not want our insurance do not want our business, our clinic does not help us too much either.
I would like to speak to someone regarding our problem.. they insist that we go we go to doctors in my zip code 98001
which inconvenient because we are very close to 98003..
