i sold my vehicle in Oct. 2012 on the 10th ... Every 3rd automatically the company would take out,,, When I walked 2 blks away. I informed the manager at Best Buy I sold my car. and he proceded to cancel. well he never gave me a copy. of cancellation however. He left it active. and 43.00 is not alot of money. but I feel they should reimburse me all of it ... instead I delt w/ another manager. he then fixed problem. then I called corporate Mendota Insurance. They had me fax dmv bill of sale & so on.... i did... i waited ... then after all of that, They have the NERVES TO PAY ME. 9.00 AND CHANGE ... OMG WHY DO I HAVE TO EAT IT .... THEY CANT HIRE PEOPLE AND TRAIN THEM. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY WONT GIVE IT ALL TO ME....
